| In view of the current employment difficulties and employment structure imbalance of college students in China,various departments have successively issued a lot of policies and related measures to promote the return of college students to find jobs,and a series of policies have realized the return of a considerable number of minority college students to find jobs.However,due to the long separation from their hometown,some minority college students will encounter a series of physiological and psychological conflicts after returning home,resulting in certain difficulties in adaptation.In addition,some of these minority college students who return to their hometown for employment work in the education industry.The dual identities of "returnees" and "beginning teachers" make their job adaptation more difficult,and the job adaptation of beginning teachers plays a decisive role in the development of minority education.Therefore,a study on the job adaptation of returning teachers of ethnic minorities can not only solve the problem of job adaptation of returning college students of ethnic minorities to a certain extent,but also promote the professional development of new teachers.This study focuses on the three minority returning attributes,from the teacher's job selection,adaptation,and from three aspects of job satisfaction,with literature method,interview method,observation method and physical method to collect related data collection,through the analysis of data back home three minority teachers' return reason,analyzes their home to be appointed in front of the psychological dynamic;This paper explains the mental process of returning teachers from ethnic minorities and the main factors that affect their job adaption.This paper summarizes the work adaptation process and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions to help the minority teachers to adapt to the work better and faster.By understanding the three teachers choice of work in the home employment,returning to work at work,a job after a period of time to track,from revealing their story understand this part of the journey of returning home,real reduction in their job employment,happy and upset,reason and sensibility of intertwined.Fortunately,although the three teachers encountered some problems in classroom teaching and class management to varying degrees in their work,they all adapted well.In teaching skills,interpersonal relations,psychological adjustment and environmental adaptation four aspects have a good state and performance,whether teachers themselves or schools,colleagues and students,for their performance on the job has a higher degree of satisfaction,with the teacher individual,family,in school,policy guidance and other factors have an integral relationship.Therefore,by referring to the three teachers' career choice path and the advantages and disadvantages encountered in the work process,the study summarizes the experience for reference,and also puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for some problems,that is,individual teachers should correct their concept of employment and strengthen their sense of identity;Teachers' families should play the role of family support system: the incoming school should provide necessary work support and life care;Colleges and universities should conduct reasonable career guidance for college students;Local governments should strengthen policy publicity to ensure the implementation of policies.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the professional development of more minority returning teachers. |
