On Problems And Countermeasures In Students' Training Base Construction Of Higher Vocational College C

Training education is the key to developing higher vocal education, and its also the core as well as a breakthrough in education program reform. Meanwhile, construction of training base a an indispensable premise and guarantee of training education. In the case of higher vocational college C, for 10 years after its foundation, though a great progress has been made in training base construction and school-enterprise cooperation, there still remains a gap compared to the gross requirement in the school development and factual students'demands. This paper aims at investigating status quo of students'training base construction of higher vocational college C, analyzing existing problems, and taking lessons from lessons at home and abroad with expectation to put forward proposal for the school, which can be referred to for similar job in fellow schools.The first chapter of this paper is introduction. There explored, in this part, backgrounds to subject research, status quo of the research at home and abroad, objects of the study, significance and methodology of the study and relevant concept explanation.The second chapter is about the analysis of main problems and the causes in training base construction of higher vocational college C. By means of interview and questionnaire survey, the current state of training base construction is examined so as to find and analyze the main existing problems. The main problems include: unbalanced distribution of resources, poor training conditions, lack of fund raising, increasing financing gap, superficial cooperation, insufficient school-enterprise interaction, far-from-perfect course systems, not enough training opportunities, hindrance in achieving even relative clear goals, insufficient double-competency teaching staff, and limited capability of faculty.In the third part, countermeasures are proposed to enhance training base construction of higher vocational college C. It is designed to explore the measures on the following aspects, that is, from concept perspective, accurate orientation should be the guide to develop training base construction; from the perspective of system, perfected system of rules or regulations should be set to ensure normal operation of the base; from investment perspective, there should be more investment channels to relive fund strains; from the perspective of teaching staff, there should constructs the double competency teaching staff and establishes multi-mechanism in student education; from the perspective of course system, It should be stressed to strengthen course development and deepen cooperation between school and enterprises.The fourth part concluded the paper.
