This study aims to integrate the theory and strategies of the history of biological science and deep learning in the educational practice,transformed the “story-telling”teaching way of history of biological science into students follow the footsteps of scientists to explore the nature and methods of science,by promoting the education of the history of science,tempering students' scientific thinking habits and develop theirs core academic literacy,digging the potential educational value of the history of biological science as much as possible,to enable students to learn more in depth about the history of biological science,and achieve the common progress of teachers and students.By understanding the research status of the education of history of biological science at home and abroad and learning the theory of deep learning,combining the surveys of front-line teachers and students,taking the corresponding experimental class and control class as the practical object,trying to construct a deep learning unit teaching strategy in the teaching practice of the history of science,observing,supervising and helping during the whole process of the teaching practice,and then summing up and reflecting.Tests performed on students after actual teaching practice found that the scores of the experimental and control classes were significant.By the unit teaching of relevant scientific history knowledge,students learned scientific methods in following scientists' footsteps,strengthened their grasp of basic knowledge and cultivated their experimental analysis ability.Based on the group's cooperation to collect information and establish model,strengthened their group's cooperation ability and awareness,at the same time,students' hands-on modeling ability is also cultivated.By observing,supervising and helping in the teaching process,students' preliminary poor habits of preparatory study and the completion of students' Guided Learning Plan and Consolidation Case have improved.Indicating that it is feasible to integrate the teaching strategies of deep learning into the teaching process of the history of biological science.
