In society's developing process, the scientific literacy is attracting increasing attention. Minors as a national pillar of the future should improve their scientific literacy as an important target. Helping students understand the nature of science is in the forefront of international scientific issues, to improve their scientific literacy. However, the importance of understanding the nature of science in our Country did not attract much attention. The most prominent reflection is the middle school biology teacher's scientific essential view universal existence deviation. In this paper, using a questionnaire survey, personal interviews and text analysis, the selective analysis has created a focus of China's high school biology teachers' nature of the science of the reasons for the widespread bias, and put forward the related strategy proposal.This paper first combing through the relations which the scientific literacy and the nature of science education, recalled the philosophy of science and nature of the root causes, on the nature of the scientific conception of connotation. At the same time, by describing the conception of the nature of science in the foreign science education standards, this paper further answered the question of "Science Education promote the field of what is the nature of science. " On this basis, the combination of the research results at home and abroad has constructed the concept of the nature of science education which the high school biology teacher should hold.Secondly, to understand our high school biology teachers' conception of the nature of science of the status quo, the author, in obtains in the conception of the nature of science foundation which the present paper must discuss, selects the partial ideas, and uses for reference domestic and foreign had the questionnaire design mentality and the formed topic, has established the investigation middle school biology teacher's conception of the nature of science teacher questionnaire; In addition, a personal interconnection, empirical research (report of secondary school students experimental and biology teaching cases). The survey result indicated that the middle school biology teachers' conception of the nature of science has some shortcomings.To further discuss the reason for the shortcomings of which the middle school biology teacher's conception of the nature of science, the author investigated the high school biology experiment's development situation and the higher pedagogical colleges and universities biological science target-oriented specialized (pedagogical kind) the curriculum. Finally, through the results of the investigation and reconsideration, the author believe that two important ways to change high school biology teachers' conception of the nature of science is through pre-vocational education and training post.Based on this, the author put forward two strategies which are helpful in enhancing the middle school biology teachers' conception of the nature of science: Restructures the higher pedagogical colleges and universities biological science specialized (pedagogical kind) curriculum system; post structures is conducive to the development of the teachers' conception of the nature of science of teacher professional development platform.
