Research On The Development Status And Path Optimization Of Ice And Snow Sports In Yangtze River Delta From The Perspective Of Sports Governance

With the successful bid of Beijing winter Olympic Games,the development of China's ice and snow sports began to increase,has risen to a national strategic height.In this context,the Yangtze river delta,as an important region in the overall development of the country,has sufficient social and economic advantages.Meanwhile,it also plays an important role in the strategic layout of "eastward expansion and southward movement" of the ice and snow movement in China,and undertakes multiple missions of popularizing the ice and snow movement and promoting the coordinated development of the regions.Compared with the development environment of the three eastern provinces and other dominant regions,the natural and cultural foundation of the Yangtze river delta region is relatively weak,so there are great obstacles in the process of the development of ice and snow movement.This paper uses literature,questionnaire,expert interview,case analysis and mathematical statistics and other research methods,the Yangtze river delta region development in the age of ice and snow sports value and the different provinces and cities in the region of research and development status of ice and snow sports,find current main problems of the development of the Yangtze river delta region of ice and snow sports,the existed problems in sports management vision,respectively from the government,market and social sports organizations development view of the existing three aspects,such as path optimization.The results show that the development of the ice and snow sports in the Yangtze river delta region has the time value of national sports health strategy,improving the content of the coordinated development strategy of the Yangtze river delta region and facilitating the implementation of the development strategy of the ice and snow sports.At the same time,the development of the ice and snow sports in the Yangtze river delta in natural resources,talent training,site construction,industrial development,cultural popularization and campus ice and snow sports has some deficiencies.In view of the above problems,combining with the advantages of the Yangtze river delta region,the following innovative countermeasures are proposed: 1.Strengthen the top-level design for the development of snow and ice sports;2.Improve the construction of ice and snow sports infrastructure;3.Improve the system for training young people;4.Expand the influence of ice and snow sports events;5.Strengthen market supervision of the ice and snow service industry;6.Enhance the competitive strength of the snow and ice equipment manufacturing industry;7.To stimulate the vitality of ice and snow sports organizations;8.Improving the quality of public service for ice and snow sports;9.Actively promote the popularization of ice and snow sports culture.
