With the development of modern society and the improvement of people's living standards,the convenient life styles such as traveling,shopping and Taobao bring convenience to people,but also reduce people's physical activity time.People,because of the movement and give up the movement and disease of the iron law once again to mankind sounded the alarm.Childhood is the most important period of physical and intellectual development in a person's life.The physical activity and health status in this period are directly related to the health status of adults.Through combing the previous studies,it is found that the main method of the research on the level of physical activity of primary school students is the self filled questionnaire of physical activity.Through the measurement method of combining the subjective questionnaire with the objective measurement tool(exercise bracelet),the frequency,intensity,time and type(FITT)of the four core elements of physical activity of students in different regions are compared There is a relative lack of research.Based on the above,this paper focuses on the time,intensity,frequency and type of physical activity of primary school students,and analyzes the physical activity,traffic,labor and physical activity of primary school students in Wuxi,Nanjing and Xuzhou through literature,questionnaire,measurement,mathematical statistics and other research methods The results are as follows:(1)Level three students' one week static behavior time is 63.15 hours,physical activity time is 27.84 hours;Xuzhou students' physical activity time is the highest,Wuxi is the second,Nanjing is the least,time is 29.50 hours / week,28.79 hours / week,24.78 hours / week,Wuxi area static activity time is the most,Xuzhou is the second,Nanjing is the least,time is 66.33 hours / week,62.79 hours / week,61.22 hours / week.(2)Level 3 students' daily physical activity time is 51.75 minutes,which is the lowest in Nanjing area,followed by Wuxi,and the highest in Xuzhou;the high-intensity time accounts for 25.57% of the total time of a class in each physical education class,which is the lowest in Nanjing area,followed by Xuzhou,and the highest in Wuxi.(3)The high-intensity time accounts for 21.85% of the total time of the students in Level 3,the lowest in Nanjing and the highest in Xuzhou.The off campus activity time is 6.25 hours a week,and the off campus activity mode is mainly accompanied by family members.The low-intensity proportion of the off campus physical activity of level 3 students is the highest,and the off campus activity time of students in Xuzhou is the longest,followed by Wuxi and Nanjing Nanjing has the highest proportion of small intensity of external activities,followed by Wuxi and Xuzhou.(4)The proportion of private cars and walking of students in level three accounted for 40.40% and 38.60% respectively.The comparison of three places found that Wuxi area had the highest proportion of cars,while Nanjing and Xuzhou had the highest proportion of walking;the weekly housework time and school work time were 2.88 hours and 1.41 hours,respectively,and girls were higher than boys.The comparison of three places found that Xuzhou had the lowest housework time The labor time in Nanjing is the lowest and that in Xuzhou is the highest.(5)Level three students have gender differences in cognition,interest and attitude towards physical activity,and the proportion of boys is higher than that of girls.It is found that Xuzhou is lower than Nanjing and Wuxi.Level three students also have gender differences in external influencing factors of physical activity,and girls are more susceptible to the influence of family sports environment.Parents have a more positive attitude towards physical activity of girls.Wuxi and Nanjing The family sports environment and parents' participation in physical activities in Xuzhou were higher than those in Xuzhou.This study draws the following conclusions: 1.Level 3 students' time ratio of static and dynamic activities is out of balance,and static time is dominant.Students' weekly physical activity in the school has a considerable amount of time with high intensity,and the intensity of physical education is relatively low.The high intensity of daily activities between classes is relatively low,and there are differences among the three regions.2.Level three students have a long time of off campus sports activities every week,but the intensity is relatively small,and the main way of activities is family company.There are differences in the three regions.3.Level 3 students' transportation mode is mainly private cars,followed by walking.The working time of students is not long every week,and girls are higher than boys.There are differences in the three regions.4.There are gender differences in the internal and external influencing factors of physical activity of level three students,and there are differences in the three regions.
