An Empirical Study On The Causes Of Cyber Violence In The New Media Era

At present,the frequency of cyber violence is increasing instead of decreasing,with a trend of "normalization".The speed and harm of transmission are unprecedentedly strong,and the voice of rejecting cyber violence is rising day by day.This article,based on the specific case of network violence,with the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to violent people,network violence words,network violence presents analysis of the features and the regularity of events and formed by combing the academia of the existing research results in this paper,assuming that the root cause of the network violence,using the structural equation model validation and concludes that,at last,through in-depth interviews and questionnaire method to explore the network violence perpetrator,victim and bystander attitude and the influence and intervention measures of network violence are put forward.This paper is divided into six parts,which are summarized as follows:The first part is the introduction,which expounds the research background,purpose and significance of cyber violence,sorts out the research status of cyber violence in domestic and foreign academic circles,and puts forward the key points,difficulties and innovative points of this paper.The second part discriminates and analyzes cyber violence and its related concepts,and sorts out the theoretical basis of cyber violence.The third part,take campus violence in taiyuan normal university as an example,in large network data mining technology crawl violence victims weibo comments and critics of public information,depicting the network violence crowd portrait,analysis the characteristics of the network violence discourse;through combing the typical network violence in nearly three years,summarizes the new characteristics of network violence and the form of expression.The fourth part uses literature research method to sort out the theoretical basis of the causes of network violence and put forward hypotheses.It designs,issues and recovers questionnaires and obtains data,constructs and corrects the structural equation model of the causes of cyber violence,and verifies the hypotheses of the causes of network violence.The fifth part studies the influence of cyber violence from the perspective of abusers,victims and bystanders.In-depth interviews are conducted with the abusers to study their motives.Through questionnaire survey and qualitative research on the victims and bystanders,the influence of cyber violence on them is obtained.The sixth part makes a reasoning analysis of the research results,and makes a prospect of the research on cyber violence.Through the study found that in taiyuan normal college campus network violence case,the violence of network violence people resonance is,the more likely it is to happen.At present,people's cognition of network violence is different,but there is no lack of relevant legal knowledge;The motivation of the perpetrators of cyberviolence is influenced by specific events.There are two factors that can easily lead to cyber violence events.The first factor is proximity,which refers to the psychological proximity of the event and the geographical proximity of the event.The second is the thing that has crossed its own ethical and moral line,which can most stimulate the "beast" inside the abuser.The psychological manifestations of the impact of cyber violence on mild victims were anger and grievance,the short-term behavior was reflected in direct complaint,reporting and shielding,and the long-term behavior was reflected in reducing the frequency of online speech.The effect of cyber violence on the psychology and behavior of the bystanders is that half of the bystanders want to escape the negative effect of cyber violence and reduce the frequency of their Posting on the Internet.The bystander attitude is that most of them want to intervene in cyber violence.There are three ways to intervene in the occurrence of cyber violence.First,improve the professional quality and sense of responsibility of the media,and do a good job of "gatekeepers" to verify news events.Second,the relevant investigation units to be timely and accurate feedback;Third,citizens should improve their media literacy,distinguish the truth of news and make rational comments.Fourth,the whole society is organized to cooperate and rectify,reduce the risk resonance,reduce the probability of network violence.
