The"general high school chemistry curriculum standard(2017 edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standard)divides the chemistry discipline core accomplishment into five aspects, and points out that"scientific attitude and social responsibility"is the higher level of chemistry learning requirements, and also points out which aspects should be developed to develop students'key ability and essential character.Project of Definition and Selection of Competencies(DeSeCo)identified three deep-rooted abilities, namely the ability to create new value, the ability to coordinate conflicts and difficulties, and the ability to take responsibility.Enough to discover the importance of scientific attitude and social responsibility literacy.According to the literature review, most of the researches on key competence mainly focus on teaching design based on key competence and measures to improve key competence, while there are few researches on key competence assessment. In order to fill the gap in this research, and to provide follow-up researchers with ideas of key competence assessment and quantitative research methods, this study was carried out.The preparation of the questionnaire mainly follows the following steps.First, the preliminary preparation of the questionnaire.Firstly, based on the comprehensive analysis of the existing literature and the introduction and level division of the new curriculum standard on the connotation of scientific attitude and social responsibility literacy, this paper divides the dimensions and measures. Then, the preliminary questionnaire was formed by adapting some questions in the existing scale and adding some self-compiled questions.Second, the preliminary revision of the questionnaire.Firstly, the questionnaire was submitted to the experts in this field for modification. Then, the revised questionnaire was tested and interviewed in two regular classes(N=94)in the third year of senior high school in Wusheng X school,Guang'an city,to find out whether the students misunderstood the meaning of the questionnaire in the process of filling in the questionnaire,so as to improve the questionnaire again.Third, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested and modified. The research idea was as follows:large sample(N=900)was issued to complete the questionnaire, and after the invalid questionnaire was deleted,818 questionnaires were recorded into SPSS 22.0,and the samples were randomly divided into two equal parts. Then, after the project analysis, the questions with insufficient differentiation degree were deleted, and those that did not conform to the theoretical framework were deleted after the exploratory factor analysis(EFA).AMOS 23.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis(CFA).From the perspective of theoretical construction, the fitting degree of data to the pretest theoretical model was investigated. The data results are as follows:after deleting the questions with poor reliability and validity, the reliability of the scientific attitude scale in the final questionnaire is 0.785,the reliability of the social responsibility scale is 0.814,and the overall reliability of the questionnaire is 0.863,indicating that the reliability of the questionnaire is very good.Secondly, the chi-square degree of freedom ratio(x~2/df)of both scales is less than 3,the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation(RMSEA)is less than 0.08,and the indexes such as CFI are greater than 0.9,indicating that the questionnaire has good structural validity. In addition to the questions deleted in the process of data analysis,a questionnaire containing two scales and a total of 23 questions was finally obtained.
