In 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a major decision on the implementation of the Health China Strategy,emphasizing the principle of prevention,advocating a healthy and civilized lifestyle,and preventing and controlling major diseases.The outbreak of the COVID-19 in 2020 brought great psychological impact to people,and even psychological stress reaction.Since the ability of primary school students to deal with emergencies is still weak,there will be a risk of psychological crisis.Coping with crisis starts with prevention,technically and practically,is more active and efficient than remedy afterwards.Through the psychological crisis preventive intervention course towards primary school students,this study will guide them to master the necessary common sense of psychological crisis,correctly understand and deal with common psychological crisis events,and learn to prevent the psychological and behavioral problems arising therefrom,which will help to achieve the prevention oriented strategic goal of Healthy China action.Based on the theoretical model of psychological crisis intervention,this study first measured 472 fifth grade students of S primary school by using the scale of stress life events of primary school students.Starting with the investigation of the current situation of the source of psychological crisis and the level of psychological stress of primary school students,it analyzed the status quo and differences of psychological stress level of primary school students at the beginning and the end of a semester in five factors of psychological crisis source,namely,family life,peer relationship,teacher-student relationship,life adaptation and learning adaptation.Based on this,the preventive intervention course of primary school students' psychological crisis was designed.Secondly,according to the needs of preventive psychological crisis intervention and evaluation,472 fifth grade students of S primary school were investigated via Psychological Resilience Scale andTrait Coping Style Questionnaire,and their psychological resilience and coping style were analyzed.At the same time,two homogeneous classes were selected as the experimental class and the control class according to the pretest results.Thirdly,the experimental teaching of primary school students' psychological crisis prevention intervention course was implemented within the experimental class,and the conventional school psychological course within the control class.Through the questionnaire survey before and after the experiment,the results suggest that the primary school students' psychological crisis prevention intervention course can significantly enhance and improve the students' psychological resilience and coping style,which verifies the hypothesis of the intervention effect of the curriculum.Finally,in order to further optimize and reinforce the primary school students' psychological crisis prevention intervention curriculum,the researcher designed a questionnaire of Evaluation and Feedback towards the Primary School Students' Psychological Crisis Prevention Intervention Curriculum,interconnecting three angles of students,teachers and parents to evaluate and feedback,therefore,the following five suggestions are put forward:(1)choose the course goal based on crisis response;(2)set up the course theme in depth and level by level;(3)formulate the course content close to crisis reality;(4)adopt the teaching form emphasizing crisis situation;(5)select the teaching method with high participation of students.
