School bullying is a hot issue in the world,and in recent years has become more and more serious,has become a stubborn disease in school life.Bullying has a profound impact on students' mental health and school safety,and every individual in society will be negatively affected by bullying.On May 9,2016,the ministry of education of China issued the notice on special treatment of school bullying,which is the first official document on the treatment of school bullying in China.After searching relevant literature and materials,the author finds that the governance of school bullying in China is mainly reflected in the introduction of policy documents and concepts,and most of the attention to the curriculum is permeated in the aspects of rule of law,moral education and mental health.There is no special anti-bullying curriculum or content system.Curriculum is an important carrier of anti-bullying education,the United States since the 1990 s are concerned about the problem of bullying and on the basis of the social emotional learning anti-bullying programs included in K12 education system,by enhancing students' empathy and prosocial behavior and a series of social and emotional skills to reduce the occurrence of bullying.As of today,its experience has been replicated in many countries,including the UK and Australia,and has had a broad impact in reducing bullying at school.In view of this,this paper will take the social emotional learning project as an example to introduce the implementation of anti-bullying curriculum in American schools,so as to provide enlightenment for the construction of anti-bullying curriculum in China.First of all,this paper generalizes the research both at home and abroad,secondly,from the formation background,the relevant theoretical basis,social emotional learning concept formation and development,and social emotional learning in the prevention and reduction of the role of bullying and course of promotion,to draw out three against bullying in social emotional learning project management curriculum,namely to focus on the emotional management andgrowth of thinking "second step: a violence prevention program",attaches great importance to the bystanders strength and relationships "steps to respect: a bullying prevention program",and give priority to in order to prevent education of "second step: bullying prevention unit" curriculum.In terms of the relationship between the three courses,the "bullying prevention unit" curriculum is the inheritance and development of the first two courses.The third,fourth and fifth chapters of this paper respectively describe the three anti-bullying curriculum from the aspects of basic development,objectives,content and implementation.Based on the experience of anti-bullying curriculum in the United States,this paper puts forward four suggestions for the construction of anti-bullying curriculum in Chinese schools:First,it focuses on the anti-bullying curriculum with the goal of emotion management;Secondly,the content of anti-bullying curriculum should be formed based on the concept of social emotion and respect;Thirdly,construct the main body of anti-bullying curriculum implementation with the cooperation of school,family and community;Fourth,adopt diversified forms of anti-bullying curriculum.
