The teacher network studio is based on the team of famous teachers,taking advantage of the real-time multi-interaction advantages of the network platform,carrying out teaching and training activities,improving the professional teaching ability of teachers,creating a new learning community for the professional development of service teachers in the new era,and exploring new ways for professional development of post-service teachers..With the in-depth training activities of the famous teacher network studio,the willingness of teachers to participate in the teacher network studio affects the development of the training activities.How to improve teachers' willingness to participate in network studios has become an important research problem in the efficient development of network studios and the effective implementation of activities.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to build a model to study the influencing factors of teachers' willingness to participate.The research work carried out mainly includes:(1)This paper reviews the related research literature at home and abroad,such as the participation willingness of teachers in the network studio of famous teachers,the influencing factors of the participation willingness of teachers in the network studio of famous teachers,and the technical acceptance model.It has laid a theoretical foundation and model support for this research.(2)From the perspective of technology model theory teacher network studio factors affecting secondary vocational teachers to participate,secondary vocational teachers to participate in the construction of teacher network studio will influence factor model,the secondary vocational school teachers in ZheJiang province as investigation object,through the survey questionnaire and structural equation model to explore the famous network studio secondary vocational teachers to participate factors influence degree as well as the interaction between various factors and so on,revealing the famous network studio working mechanism of factors affecting secondary vocational teachers to participate.(3)On the basis of the above work,the study found that perceived usefulness,self-efficacy,and perceived ease of use have significant effects on individual attitudes;individual attitudes,training resources,and leading colleagues have a willingness to participate in the teacher's network studio.Significant influence;individual attitudes play a mediating role in the relationship between perceived usefulness,self-efficacy,and perceived ease of use in teachers' willingness to participate.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,the authors put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the willingness of teachers in the network of teachers.
