With the development of The Times,the economic take-off and the improvement of the quality of life of the people,China's elderly population gradually expanded.Health issues are a major concern,and the health and participation of older people is a hot topic.The rise of national fitness has led to more and more attention and participation.The physical and mental health of middle and old age has great influence on individual,family and society.So is critical to pay attention to elderly health of body and mind,research influence how to enhance the level of people's physical and mental health,can effectively guide the middle-aged and old group for safety,healthy,orderly participate in exercise.It plays a certain role in the harmonious development of society.People's health includes not only physical health,mental health and social adaptation.It also includes moral health.And there are many factors that affect these health outcomes.The vertical eight section brocade belongs to the fitness qigong.It is simple and easy to learn,with a wide range of skills,graceful movements,free from the disturbance and limitation of the site and equipment,which is popular with the public.The development and influence of the national fitness is great.It is of great significance to explore the fitness value of eight pieces of brocade to middle-aged and elderly people.This article is based on the new members of the gymnasium of urumqi and the residents of the neighborhood of sports school.Through the experiment method and SCL-90 self-evaluation scale evaluation method,the new member of health qigong association 16 weeks eight brocade exercise intervention,before and after the reform of the experimental object body index test and psychological scale assessment.The experimental results showed that after 16 weeks of eight sessions,the grip strength,lower limb strength,cardiopulmonary function and the flexibility of the group were improved,and the flexibility was significantly changed.There was a decrease in the reaction but it didn't change significantly.There was a significant decrease in the duration of standing on one leg.The heart rate and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly in quiet time.The systolic blood pressure decreased but the change was not obvious.After 16 weeks,the data of the participants in the exercise were significantly reduced,with significant differences.Conclusion: the long-term adherence to the vertical eight section brocade is helpful to the improvement of the physical health level and the mental health level of the elderly.It is a project suitable for middle and old age to have active fitness value.It can be carried out for different groups and conducted proper instruction exercises to improve their physical and mental health.
