In fine arts discipline concept under the guidance of the core quality,relying on local art resources,continue to dig deep,develop distinctive and popular with students of art courses as well as the current situation of fashion.The folk art of kazak in xinjiang is the materialization of the regional will and complex,which is unified in aesthetic value and practical value,and conveys the typical Chinese aesthetic concept.This thesis mainly in xinjiang urumqi county middle school,wooden base kazak autonomous county middle school as the research exploration areas,the rural art curriculum development and suit of kazak middle school fine arts education practice as the research key,using face-to-face art unique local characteristics of fine arts curriculum resources,enhance the students' aesthetic judgment,image read,cultural understanding,the author takes the form of writing practice teaching cases expand the fine arts classroom learning space.Choose appropriate of secondary schools in rural kazak in xinjiang,in view of the fine arts curriculum value,classroom teaching methods,teachers' quality improvement of in-depth analysis of the system summary it is concluded that the xinjiang rural part of art teachers integrate art curriculum resources concept behind,lack of fine arts course criticism and generate ideas;The understanding of the nature of subject curriculum and the relationship between curriculum and human development is weak.But middle school fine arts education in rural area has its unique advantages,after take fine to coarse can be innovative applications,crucial talent support,only with the college "talent",build the xinjiang rural middle school fine arts classroom intelligence platform,combining regional folk art inheritance and the fine arts classroom,and constantly enhance teachers' curriculum knowledge understanding and professional ability is more conducive to the sustainable development of xinjiang rural kazakh middle school fine arts education.
