Kinesthesia is an internal sensation of changes in the position of various parts of the body and changes in muscle tension. It does not directly participate in exercise, but controls, stabilizes, and coordinates the body to support technical movements, which can accelerate dynamic stereotypes. The learning and mastery of motor skills in primary school physical education should also be based on the development of students kinesthe tic abilities, follow the physical and mental development laws of primary school students, develop and design appropriate and effective sports content, and make full use of the rapid development of sports perception. The purpose of this study is to explore the aerobics movement which is theoretically helpful to the development of motor life, but which is not very popular in primary school, its effectiveness in developing the practice of physical activity of primary school students, and provides reference for improving the training design of physical education activities for primary school students.Through training experiments on primary school students at specific stages of kinesthesia development, aerobics exercises that meet their physical and mental characteristics and rope skipping exercises that are more popular in primary schools and have similar exercise levels are used.Scientific and feasible tests are used to measure the kinesthesia(motor sensation). The three indexes of function are used:the accuracy of kinesthesia orientation, the distance of perceptual jump, and force sensory function. The effects of the two kinds of sports before and after the experiment on the kinesthesia of primary schools of different genders are compared and discussed. The research results show that aerobics and rope skipping are highly significant in optimizing the kinematics of primary school students.Compared with the two sports, aerobics is more significant in optimizing the two indexes of primary school girls kinesthesia(T accuracy of kinesthesia orientation=-3.21,T force sensory function=-3.13,P<0.01),aerobics is more significant in optimizing an index of kinesthesia in primary school males(T force sensory function=-2.17,0.01<P<0.05).Through research and analysis,it is concluded that both aerobics and rope skipping are conducive to the improvement of primary school students kinesthetic ability.Designing scientific and reasonable aerobics and rope skipping as sports activities to develop primary school students body-kinesthetic intelligence has its value and significance.Aerobics and rope skipping have a similar promotion effect on the kinesthetic ability of the lower limbs.Because of the different modes of action of the two, aerobics has a more prominent effect on the muscular tension in the upper limb kinesthetics, especially for the upper limb kinesthetics of primary school girls. The effect of developing the sense of motion amplitude in the middle is better.Compared with the rope skipping exercise, aerobics exercise has more outstanding effects on the development of kinesthetic abilities due to its various forms, flexible routines, strong comprehensive training, and aesthetic education. It is recommended to make full use of aerobics to develop a variety of functions in kinesthetic training, physical fitness,warm-up and relaxation, aesthetic education, etc.,and to design aerobics activities that meet the physical and mental development level of primary school students and complement other sports.
