| The transfer of students is a special group in mobile children.In addition to the back-well,they are subject to the influence of the transfer event in the course of the study.In recent years,the phenomenon of transfer has become more common,but the research on the transfer of students is still in the initial stage.The problem of the "It's hard to go" is solved to a certain extent,but the problem of the student's "superior learning" is not solved because of the influence of the reality.Therefore,the intervention of social workers on the learning environment adaptation of the students is an important subject.Based on this,this paper takes R-school as an example,through literature,interview and observation,to understand the main problems encountered by R-transfer students in the process of learning environment adaptation: failure to have a good peer relationship,the main problems encountered by R-transfer students in the process of adaptation to the learning environment are: failure to have a good peer relationship,Does not adapt to the teacher's teaching method,can not keep up with the teacher's teaching progress and can not accept the current family learning environment.Under the guidance of the social support theory,the author analyzes the reasons for the poor adaptation to the learning environment of the transfer students in R school,and finds out that the reason is that the transfer students have not obtained the full formal and informal support.Social workers,based on the problems encountered in adaptation to the learning environment of the transfer students,as well as their support It is mainly from the support of the partner of the students to intervene,first through the provision of the opportunity,to help the students to establish a good peer relationship;then build the platform to help the students to find the correct consultation object;and finally,through the situation practice,help the students to master the correct consultation methods.The study found that strengthening the mutual support between the students can help them play multiple roles in the process of environmental change and social workers in the process of intervention,but there are some shortcomings in the process of planning and implementation,The social worker has made a reflection on the intervention process and the social worker's role,and put forward the following suggestions: one is to adhere to the "help self-help" The second is the key period of the intervention;the third is to promote the attention of the school,the familyand the society to the group of students. |
