Affected by the trend of positive psychology,the field of organization and management began to pay more attention to the positive psychological quality of employees,and job engagement became a new research hotspot.The degree of teachers' job engagement not only has a direct impact on their own smooth development,but also relates to the level of talent training and the quality of higher education development.In this study,478 university teachers in Fujian Province were selected as subjects.The questionnaire of organizational support in Universities compiled by Liu Qinzhong et al.(2015),employee well-being scale compiled by Zheng Xiaoming et al.(2016)and job engagement scale(UWES)compiled by Schufeli et al.(2002)were used to investigate the organizational support,well-being and job engagement of University teachers.The present situation and demographic variable characteristics are discussed,and the relationship among organizational support,well-being and job engagement is discussed.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly,Teachers' sense of organizational support and job engagement are above the average level,while their well-being is below the average level.Secondly,There are significant differences in age among the three variables of organizational support,well-being and job engagement of University teachers.In addition,there are significant differences in the dimensions of value identification,job engagement and educational background of organizational support.Thirdly,There is a significant positive correlation between the sense of organizational support and its dimensions,well-being and its dimensions,job engagement and its dimensions of University teachers.Fourthly,Each dimension of the sense of organizational support of University teachers has a significant positive predictive effect on well-being and job engagement,while each dimension of well-being has a significant positive predictive effect on job engagement.Moreover,well-being plays a mediating role in the influence of organizational support on job engagement of University teachers.
