In the camp of colleges and universities in our country,in addition to the public colleges and universities organized by the national government departments,there are some other colleges and universities that undertake the glorious mission of "talent cultivation",for example,independent colleges.Independent colleges are generally established by organizations or individuals other than ordinary institutions of higher learning and state institutions.They are private institutions of higher learning.Therefore,their school-running system,management mode,employment mode and the focus of work are quite different from those of public schools.In this kind of colleges and universities,in addition to the teacher team,which is the main force of talent cultivation,the counselor team also shoulders the glorious mission of managing students and educating talents.Counselor is an important force to cultivate the ideological and political quality of college students,and plays a very important role in the ideological education and student management.Therefore,the effectiveness and level of counselors' work greatly affect the results of talent training.The team of independent college counselors,under the influence of the private nature,has undertaken more cumbersome transactional work,and their value and abilities have not really been brought into play,resulting in the team showing overall work pressure,high turnover rate and liquidity.The reason is,in the final analysis,due to the low overall satisfaction of the counselor team.KC independent college,as a typical private college,has the problem of low overall job satisfaction for its counselor team,which will not be conducive to the overall operation of the college and "talent cultivation".Therefore,in order to effectively solve the immediate problems and provide the necessary basis and direction for the institutional reform of the college,it is urgent for KC independent college to find the real reasons why the overall job satisfaction of the counselors is not high.On the basis of combing the researches on job satisfaction,this paper firstly clarifies the definition and connotation of job satisfaction,and introduces the overview of independent colleges and the key problems of the counselor team.Secondly,by combining the interview results of the representative from various groups of KC independent colleges,this paper clarified the role orientation and job appeals of the counselor.Thirdly,based on the existing problems,questionnaire survey and result analysis were adopted to classify and statistically conclude that the key factors affecting the job satisfaction of counselors in KC independent college are salary,self-worth,evaluation system and career development.According to the research results,a set of reform plan in line with the actual situation of KC independent college was designed.In view of the low overall job satisfaction of counselors,suggestions were put forward to build a reasonable salary system,maximize counselors' personal ability,develop a scientific evaluation system and optimize counselors' career planning...
