Counselor has played an important role in conducting ideological and political education of colleges and universities.Ideological and political work in College will encounter great obstacles and restrictions without counselors' efforts.Therefore,as the backbone of daily ideological and political education;counselor is the important guarantee of effective organization and smooth development for ideological and political education of university students,and the important organization power to maintain stable,peaceful and harmonious campus.The degree of job satisfaction influences the devotions to the work of counselors,and furthermore affects the stability and optimization of the team of counselors whose contributions decide the quality of college graduates.On the basis of others' researches,taking all counselors in Shenyang Z Vocational College as research objects,this thesis aims to make a survey of job satisfaction of college counselors by adopting the self-made questionnaire and software SPSS20.0 which makes statistical analysis,principal component analysis and regression analysis of the survey.The result demonstrates that the degree of job satisfaction of all instructors in Shenyang Z Vocational College is at medium level.From the perspective of six indexes,salary satisfaction is the lowest one followed by the management system.The satisfaction of the job itself and personal development is in average.For working environment and organization atmosphere and style of leadership,it gets high scores.From the perspective of demographic index,the degree of job satisfaction is obviously and differently affected.The index of professional title is strongly influenced and the difference appears in age,marriage status,year of working,staffing level and working position in terms of salary.The work itself expresses an obvious difference due to the factor of age,education background,year of working and the nature of position,while working environment affected by age,year of working and the nature of position.The management system is sharply affected by the factor of year of working and personal development shows an apparent difference in the factor of year of working and Post type.The finding of the management system and personal development is not the same as we expected.As for the style of leadership,it is affected by education background and professional title.
