Rural literature plays an important role in the history of Chinese literature.Therefore,it is reasonable for rural literature works to occupy a place in Chinese teaching.However,the proportion of rural literature in junior Chinese textbooks in China is very low.During the 17-year period from the founding of New China to the Cultural Revolution.the People's Education Publishing House published five sets of junior Chinese textbooks,which including a large of rural literary works.So we can know,during the first seventeen-year-period of the new China,the selection and teaching rural literature works occupies a significant position in Chinese teaching.At present,no one shows any interest in the selection and teaching of rural literature works in the "17-year" junior Chinese textbooks.In view of this,this paper takes the first 17-year-period of the new China junior Chinese textbook as the research object,and mainly uses the methods of literature analysis and comparative study to analyze the selection and teaching of rural texts.Based on the transformation of five sets of junior high school Chinese textbooks published during the "17-year" period,this paper analyzes the background of the selection of rural texts from three aspects: the restriction of national ideology,the prosperity of rural literature and the appeal of Chinese teaching development.In our study,we discover the Rural Subject Textbooks in Junior Middle School Chinese Textbooks of the "Seventeen Years" of New China has the characteristics of "keeping up with the situation" and rich and diverse literary forms by analying the selection of rural texts in each set of textbooks ?rural literature genres and types or forms of literature.Combining the syllabus and teaching papers of this period,we find that teachers treated basic knowledge as the teaching content,emphasizing the teaching of words,sentences,grammar and expression of meaning when they teach rural works.They adopt the teaching method of “taking Su as teacher ”,which include the methods of explanation,conversation and retelling,to achieve the teaching goal of patriotism and morality.Based on the Selection and Educational Analysis of Rural Subject Texts in "Seventeen Years" Junior Chinese Textbooks,we can know that rural literature which selected to be included in textbooks,attach importance to ideological and exemplary,lacking of diversity.According to the experience and lessons learned from the selection and teaching of rural textbooks in junior middle school Chinese textbooks of the "seventeen years" of New China,further combining the selection and teaching of rural texts in the "People's Education Edition","Jiangsu Education Edition" and "Ministry Edition" junior middle school Chinese textbooks,we think that the compilation of junior middle school Chinese textbooks should attach importance to the selection and compilation of rural textbooks with both exemplary and contemporary characteristics and to the aesthetic education teaching of rural textbooks.Today,the Chinese textbooks of junior middle school edited by the Ministry have been put into full use.We take the Chinese Textbook of Junior Middle School in the "Seventeen Years" of New China as an independent personality Study and Put the Selection and Teaching of Rural Subject Texts under the Historical Background of the "Seventeen Years" of New China for Consideration,it will provide important reference for the selection of rural textbooks of junior middle school Chinese textbooks under the new round of curriculum reform since the new era and explore the law of historical development in teaching.
