| China's sports industry is booming,and the development of the three major goals of basketball,football and volleyball is the top priority.In 2016,the Shanghai Campus Volleyball League was established in Shanghai,which gradually formed a one-stop campus volleyball development model for elementary schools,middle schools,high schools and universities.In response to the national sports power policy,Shanghai proposed to build the capital of international sports events at the end of 2018.The college volleyball league is the vanguard in the development of the campus volleyball cause in Shanghai.How to inherit and develop the campus volleyball culture and promote the development of the campus volleyball in Shanghai is closely related to the development of the Shanghai University Volleyball League.Study the influencing factors of college league development and its correlation with the league,find out the important influencing factors that influence college league development,provide theoretical basis for league decision-making and guidance,and hope to provide beneficial for the comprehensive development of Shanghai college volleyball league Learn from.Under the guidance of the WSR(physical dimension-reasonable dimension-personal dimension)methodology proposed by Professor Gu Jifa,this research uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other research methods.Analyze and study the influencing factors of the Shanghai University Volleyball League college league and its correlation with the league in three dimensions.Use SPSS data processing software to perform descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis on the questionnaire data.The conclusion is as follows:(1)In the physical dimension,the descriptive analysis results show that the influential factor with the highest score in the physical dimension is the volleyball cultural environment;the correlation analysis results show league planning,logistics support,volleyball cultural environment,promotional materials,medical and health facilities,college volleyball courts,The number of leagues has a significant positive correlation with the development of the league,and the expected hypothesis is established.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis show that publicity materials,medical facilities,volleyball cultural environment,and league planning have a significant predictive power for the development of the league.(2)In the affair dimension,the descriptive analysis results show that the highest scoring factors in the affair dimension are the race performers;the correlation analysis results show that personnel costs,match planners,match performers,league promotion,competition level guarantee and league development It has a significant positive correlation,and the expected hypothesis is established.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis show that the two factors affecting the planner and the performer of the event have significant predictive power for the development of the league.(3)In the human physical dimension,the descriptive analysis results show that the highest score among the various influencing factors in the human physical dimension is the referee;the correlation analysis results show that the league program,coaches,athletes,referees and the development of the league are significantly positively related,Expectation hypothesis holds;the results of multiple stepwise regression analysis show that the three influencing factors of coaches,athletes,and referees have significant predictive power for the development of the league(4)Based on the comprehensive comparison of the three dimensions,the following conclusions can be drawn: the correlation coefficient between the human dimension and the league development level is the highest,the correlation is the highest,and it has the greatest influence on the development of the league;The degree of correlation is moderate and the influence on league development is moderate;the correlation coefficient between the physical dimension and the degree of league development is low,the correlation is low,and the influence on league development is minimal.Suggestions: In the future development of the Shanghai Campus Volleyball League College League,the influential factors in the human dimension should be considered first,the influential factors in the affair dimension should be considered next,and the influential factors in the physical dimension should be considered again.Other sports events in Shanghai can learn from the development mode of the Shanghai Campus Volleyball League college league and the development model of the Shanghai Campus Volleyball League to a certain extent,in order to jointly promote the common development of the Shanghai Campus Volleyball League league and other sports events.. |
