| Contemporary high school students are under tremendous academic pressure under the existing exam-oriented education in China.Due to the heavy pressure,suicide and jumping are common occurrences among high school students,which has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.Therefore,it is necessary to take necessary measures to alleviate the academic pressure of contemporary high school students,and sports is a very effective way to alleviate the pressure.Sports is a very effective way to relieve pressure.This paper introduces the flow theory into basketball,one of the most popular sports for students.It mainly uses the method of comparative experiment to study the effect of mental fluency on the alleviation of high school students' mental fatigue caused by academic pressure.Flow experience is a kind of positive psychology.It was first proposed by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi in 1975,thus opening up a new research direction in psychology,especially in the field of positive psychology.Flow experience is a positive internal experience state produced during sports activities.It includes the following 9 dimensions: 1.Balance of skills and challenges;2.Integration of activities and consciousness;3.High sense of control;4.High degree Concentrated attention;5.Clear activity goals;6.Loss of self-awareness;7.Clear feedback;8.Change of time;9.Participate in the experience from the heart and prove that the flow experience has a certain promotion effect on individual activities.The promotion effect in physical activities is more obvious.At the same time,physical activities are a very effective way to relieve stress.Therefore,this article introduces the flow theory to one of the most popular sports among students-basketball.Investigate the effect of basketball centerflow experience on the relief of academic stress of high school students.This article mainly adopts the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,and comparative experiment method.The first purpose is to provide a reference for the reform of basketball teaching for physical education teachers,and the second purpose is to explore an effective way to alleviate the academic pressure of high school students.The experimental results show that:1.Students are not interested in boring physical training courses and theoretical courses,but more interested in challenging and competitive teaching activities.2.After learning from the teaching experience of mental fluency teaching method on the basis of conventional teaching,most of the students in the experimental group show obvious performance in focusing on the current task,enjoying the experience and clear objectives,which shows that the teaching method based on mental fluency teaching can make students clear their own objectives,achieve the balance between skills and challenges,and make accurate skills The feedback shows that the basketball class based on the theory of mind flow is helpful to the generation of mind flow.3.The four stages of academic stress data show that the fluency experience value and academic stress are negatively correlated,the higher the fluency experience value,the lower the academic stress score.It shows that the basketball teaching that produces fluent experience gives students positive emotions,improves students' psychology and reduces the deepening of academic pressure.4.The comparison data before and after the basketball test of the control class and the experimental class shows that the physical quality p < 0.05,the basic basketball skills test p < 0.001,the skill improvement is more significant than the comparison,which shows that the experimental class and the control class belong to the students of the basketball special class,they have good physical quality,and the physical quality improvement is slow.The results show that there is no significant difference between the test results of the control group and the experimental group.The difference is that in the teaching process,the experimental group has a better experience of heart flow,a happier learning process,and more conducive to the alleviation of academic pressure.5.The source of academic pressure is complex.For individual students,mental flow is not necessarily useful for the alleviation of academic pressure. |
