The elementary school period is a crucial period for a person's intellectual development and good personality formation.Due to the existence of selective examinations such as the middle school entrance examination,college entrance examination,and postgraduate entrance examination,the quality of academic performance has almost become the only indicator for teachers,parents,and peers to judge the success of children and young people.Therefore,examinations are an extremely important part of the education and study of elementary school students.The various psychological factors involved in the examination process of students should also become the key factors that education and parents pay attention to.Studies have shown that the immersive experience of middle school students in the process of effective study and focus on examinations will have a significant impact on their learning efficiency and test results.The characteristics of concentration,clear feedback,and a high degree of control in the immersive experience structure are also important conditions for students to successfully complete the examination activities.With the reform of basic education in China,new requirements have been put on educators and parents in the way and methods of guiding pupils 'learning in the process of elementary school students' education: we must not only pay attention to the learning of pupils,but also pay attention to the Harmonious development of body and mind,and the development of good personality.Some research results show that mental health not only affects students 'test scores,but also affects students' immersion experience.At present,there have been some studies on the impact of test immersion experience on academic performance,but the main body of research is middle school students,while the research on the mechanism of psychological health between test immersion experience and academic performance is still blank.Aiming at this research situation,this study focuses on primary school students' test immersion experience,academic performance,and mental health as the research object.It aims to understand the interrelationship between the three and understand the underlying mechanism,in order to enrich China's related test immersion experience,The empirical research on the mental health of elementary school students provides constructive educational suggestions for the majority of educators and parents.Study 1: The revision of the questionnaire for immersion experience in elementary school students' Chinese examination.A total of 108 students from grades4 to 6 of A Primary School in Shenyang were selected as the initial test objects,and the project analysis and factor formation were performed on the initial test data.Inaddition,200 students from grades 4 to 6 of B Primary School in Shenyang were selected for retesting,and the structure of the questionnaire was analyzed for confirmatory factors and reliability and validity tests.Finally,the revision of the primary school students' immersion experience questionnaire was completed.Study 2: The relationship between primary school students' test immersion experience,mental health and test results.A total of 413 fourth,fifth,and sixth grade students from C Primary School in Shenyang were selected as the test objects in order to clarify the relationship between the three and their mechanism.Through research,the main conclusions are as follows:1.The questionnaire for primary school students 'Chinese language immersion experience has good reliability and validity indicators,which can be used as an effective tool to study primary school students' Chinese language immersion experience.2.The mental health of primary school students is generally good,and there are still a small number of primary school students with mental health problems;primary school students generally experience immersion in the examination process.3.There is a pairwise relationship between primary school students' immersion experience,mental health and academic performance.4.Primary school students' immersion experience can play a significant role in predicting their test scores;primary school students' mental health status can play a positive role in predicting their test scores;primary school students' mental health has a relationship between test immersion experience and academic performance Positive regulatory effect;the elementary school students' mental health diagnostic test learning anxiety factor has a negative regulatory effect between test immersion experience and test scores.
