Study On Male Elite Youth Football Training System In Rwanda

Rwanda has geographical and climatic conditions suitable for the development of outdoor sports and a large proportion of the youth population,but the performance of the Rwandan national men 's football team in international competitions is unsatisfactory.Rwanda 's national men 's football team has underperformed in international competitions,which is closely related to the problems in the cultivation of young talents.This study aims to analyze the Rwandan men 's elite youth football talents cultivation by selecting three representative football academies in Rwanda,to master the Rwandan men 's elite youth football players training situation,and to point out the development characteristics of the Rwandan men 's elite youth football player training process With existing problems,combined with Rwanda's own national conditions,it provides targeted recommendations for the selection,training,and talent delivery of Rwandan men's elite young football players.This research will study the training in talent culutivation of Rwandan men's elite young football players through literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,etc.Athlete training system selection mechanism,coaching system,competition training system,training security system and delivery and elimination mechanism and other aspects of the situation,to analyze the Rwandan male elite young football player training system and give full play to the role of positive factors to avoid negative factors.Research results and conclusions:1.The research on the Rwandan men's elite youth football training system shows that the selection of Rwandan men's elite youth football players is currently only based on the way of watching games and the standard of subjective judgment,which is relatively simple compared with European countries.2.The coaches have achieved the corresponding coach qualifications and have a good sports background.Most of the coaches have received continuing education,but the coaches have a low education level.3.Rwanda has initially established a training competition system,but it still needs to be further improved.4.Each football academy has a source of funds,and there are a certain number of training facilities and training equipment,but some of them cannot meet the training needs.The Rwanda young elite athletes have a high success rate,but the delivery mechanism still needs to be refined.
