| Aerobics is a practical sport with exercise value.It integrates the characteristics of sports and art perfectly and integrates fitness and entertainment.Since the aerobics course has been set up in Colleges and universities,college students have shown strong interest.But with the deepening of education reform and the rapid development of society,the traditional aerobics curriculum can not meet the psychological needs of college students.In recent years,hip-hop has a strong momentum of development.More and more young people begin to learn hip-hop,and the hip hop culture represented by hip-hop is also known,accepted and liked by the public.Even though hip hop culture is popular among college students,its representative hip-hop movement has not yet fully entered the curriculum system of colleges and universities.Therefore,the introduction of hip-hop dance elements in the elective course of aerobics can realize students' diversified learning methods,innovate the content of aerobics class,establish the educational concept of keeping pace with the times,and perfectly solve the problem that students not only need to complete the content of aerobics course,but also want to show themselves through dance.Taking the normal college of Beijing Union University as an example,this paper takes150 students of aerobics elective course,7 teachers of Aerobics major and related major,157 students in total as the objects of investigation.By using the methods of literature,observation,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and field research,this paper investigates the introduction of hip-hop elements into the elective course of Aerobics in Colleges and universities,reports the present situation of the elective course of Aerobics in Beijing United University normal college,analyzes the feasibility of the introduction of hip-hop elements into the elective course of Aerobics in Colleges and universities,and probes into the feasibility of the introduction of hip-hop elements into the elective course of Aerobics in Colleges and universities The problems faced by the introduction of hip-hop elements into the elective course of aerobics and the relevant solutions are put forward,which provides theoretical and practical basis for the promotion of hip-hop elements into the development of the elective course of Aerobics in Colleges and universities.Research shows:(1)The participation and elective situation of aerobics elective courses in Colleges and universities are not optimistic,so hip hop hip hop element,a new project,is introduced into aerobics elective courses as a highlight to attract more students to join.(2)At present,the resources of teachers and places for aerobics elective courses in Colleges and universities are not ideal.Schools should invest more manpower,materialresources,and financial support to prepare for the introduction of hip-hop dance from the aspects of teaching environment,teaching facilities,teachers' ability,etc.(3)The content of traditional aerobics elective course is old-fashioned,and the teaching methods and means are monotonous.Therefore,the aerobics and the current popular hip-hop elements of organic integration,to add new ideas for the course,but pay attention to the use of effective and reasonable teaching methods.(4)It is feasible and effective to introduce hip hop hip hop elements into the elective course of Aerobics in Colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should support and advocate,encourage students to participate in relevant competitions,and provide material and spiritual help.(5)In view of the problems existing in the introduction of hip-hop dance elements into the elective course of Aerobics in Colleges and universities,such as the teacher resources,the classroom structure,the change of music rhythm and the difference of movement style,the paper puts forward the solutions as follows: to expand the teachers' strength,to cultivate the teachers with one specialty and multiple abilities;to arrange the class hours reasonably,to optimize the classroom structure;to cultivate the students' ability to recognize the music rhythm independently,to improve the sense of music rhythm;to strengthen Practice basic skills and arrange theoretical courses appropriately. |
