Guan Zhong said,"A ten-year plan is like a tree;a lifetime plan is like a tree." Education is of great significance to individuals,society,and the country.The development of education in China is focused on teachers,and teaching and educating people is the mission of teachers,but the focus of education is often on the students,but the root of quality education is ignored-the teachers themselves.Teachers in teachers colleges and universities are the backbone and mainstay of cultivating China's social development.They are related to the level of education in our country and the quality of education.They are also the source of human resources in the future.Teachers in teachers colleges not only bear the pressure of teaching and educating people,but also pressure on scientific research projects,family life,workplace,etc.,which has a huge impact on the psychological aspects of teachers in teachers colleges.The key to how to adjust the psychological fluctuations of teachers in teachers colleges in a rapidly developing and transforming society is to improve the professional resilience of teachers in teachers colleges.This article will discuss from four aspects.First,the literature research method is used to clarify the connotation of teachers 'psychological resilience in teachers colleges and universities by referring to electronic and book documents,and the psychological characteristics of teachers' teachers colleges are analyzed.Taking C Normal University as a typical case,through its investigation and research to reflect the psychological status of teachers in teachers colleges and universities,through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,we learned that college teachers,especially local colleges and young teachers,are under great psychological pressure,and universal.The factors that affect their psychology come from many aspects such as values,personality characteristics,educational experience,practical activities,social networks,and environmental factors.The article proposes a strategy for teacher resilience training in teachers colleges,and believes that in the resilience management strategy of teachers in teachers colleges,self-protection and response capabilities should be strengthened,and the management of harmful factors should be strengthened;at the school level,the management strategy for teacher resilience should be established Harmonious school organization atmosphere,attach importance to the development of human resources of teachers in teachers colleges,pay attention to their professional growth and development,implement the teacher mentor system of teachers colleges,establish a reasonable and democratic management system,pay attention to teacher pressure,and reduce the negative consequences of pressure on teachers;In the aspect of the resilience cultivation strategy of teachers 'education and training at teachers colleges,teachers' resilience should be included in the content of teachers 'pre-service education in teachers colleges,to strengthen the education of teachers' frustration and deepen the reform of teachers 'continuing education.How to improve the professional resilience of teachers in teachers colleges requires not only individual self-regulation but also the efforts of schools,society and the country in order to make teachers in teachers colleges and universities the mainstay of the education front.
