Objective: In recent years,the scientific use of traditional Chinese medicine supplements has received widespread attention in the medical and sports fields.Allowing athletes to take specific Chinese medicine nutritional supplements can enable sports fatigue caused by training to recover as quickly as possible to adapt to the new training phase,thereby further improving athletic performance.The purpose of this study is to give full play to the effect of "Bazhen Decoction" on improving exercise-induced fatigue,and to provide a theoretical basis for improving athletic performance through monitoring of physiological and biochemical indicators.Methods:(1)Animal experiments: Kunming mice were randomly divided into a high-dose aqueous extract group(5g / 20g),a low-dose aqueous extract group(0.33 g / 20g),a low-dose aqueous extract group(0.17 g / 20g),and 75%.High-dose group of ethanol extract(5g / 20g),Dose group of 75% ethanol extract(0.33 g / 20g),Low-dose group of 75% ethanol extract(0.17 g / 20g),Blank control group(0.12 mL / 20g)/ d saline),a total of 7 groups,10 in each group,a total of 70,the time to exercise to record exhaustion under different exercise conditions.(2)Athlete experiment: Race walking athletes are divided into two groups,the supplement group(experimental group)and the placebo group(control group).During the entire winter training period,athletes' physiological and biochemical indicators,including serum creatine kinase,serum testosterone,and serum cortex,are monitored.Alcohol,malondialdehyde in blood,superoxide dismutase in blood,urea in blood.Results:(1)The study found that the mice's weight-bearing swimming time,rope climbing time,and normal-pressure airtight and hypoxia-resistant time all increased significantly after taking the medicine,especially the 75%alcohol-raised dose group had the most significant increase in overall time.(2)In athlete experiments,the serum creatine kinase in the experimental group and the control group was significantly increased(P <0.01),and the increase in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05);the serum testosterone in the experimental group was significantly increased.(P <0.05),the control group slightly decreased but there was no significant difference;the serum cortisol in the experimental group and the control group were significantly increased(P <0.01),and the increase in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P <0.01);MDA increased significantly in the experimental group and the control group(P <0.01),and the increase in the experimental group was larger than that in the control group(P <0.05);the superoxide dismutase in the experimental group and the control group was significantly increased(P<0.01),the increase in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P <0.05);blood urea in the experimental group and the control group were increased(P <0.05),and there was no difference in the increase between the two groups.Conclusions: Taking "Bazhen Decoction" can improve the body's athletic ability,speed up the recovery process of the race walking athletes after a long period of high intensity,and delay the occurrence of sports fatigue.
