Collective education activities are the educational process in which teachers organize young children to participate in the activities in a reasonable and planned manner in accordance with the educational objectives.The unique learning atmosphere and experience sharing in collective education activities can not be achieved by other teaching forms.Teachers play the role of organizers,guides and promoters in collective education activities,and the quality of teachers' emotions directly affects the quality of collective education activities.Therefore,the emotional state of preschool teachers in collective education activities should be paid attention to and studied.Through self-compiled questionnaire and interview of "emotional performance and influencing factors of preschool teachers in collective education activities ",this study investigated the bad emotional performance of preschool teachers in collective education activities and its influencing factors,and put forward the improvement strategies of bad emotions.It is found that the preschool teachers in Hohhot are often accompanied by bad emotions in collective education activities.The main manifestations of bad emotions are: depression distress,tension anxiety,agitation and irritability,boredom and impatience,apathy and inferiority complex,excessive positive emotions and other six types.Bad emotions have a negative impact on the quality of collective education activities and the physical and mental health of teachers and children.The factors that affect the bad mood of preschool teachers are: the participation of young children in collective education activities,the routine of young children in collective education activities,the situation of teachers preparing lessons,the ability of teachers to carry out educational activities,the setting of curriculum goals,the physical condition of teachers,other factors and so on.In view of the aboveproblems and factors put forward the following improvement strategies: from the perspective of teachers: set up a correct view of education,enhance emotional management,improve the design and implementation of educational activities,etc.;from the perspective of kindergarten: strengthen the teaching and research of collective education activities,and Pay attention to humanistic care and promote teachers' mental health.
