For In recent years,China's relevant departments pay more attention to the education of special groups in sports.According to the characteristics of the special population,the direction and content of physical education are constantly adjusted and reformed.Taking the deaf and dumb students group as an example,schools actively carry out sports activities based on energetic team projects,so as to improve the physical and psychological quality of the students,so that they can better improve themselves and adapt to the society.But the choice and development of physical education should adapt to the healthy development of deaf and dumb students.Therefore,this paper took 30 deaf-mute students from wuhan second deaf-mute school as the research object,and conducted a 3-month dance cheerleading training experiment with the experimental method by using the methods of literature,interview and questionnaire."confidence scale" and "comprehensive interpersonal relationship diagnostic scale" were used as the psychological measurement tools.Using paired sample T test for data analysis,from the perspective of mental health,this paper explores whether dance cheerleading exercises have an impact on deaf and mute students' self-confidence and interpersonal skills,and whether they have a promotion effect and the extent of the impact.To test whether it is reasonable and scientific to study the effect of dance cheerleading training on promoting the self-confidence and interpersonal skills of deaf-mute students;It is helpful to broaden the scope of incentive research and enrich the application of incentive theory in practice.The results are as follows:(1)Dance cheerleading training has a significant positive effect on the self-confidence and interpersonal skills of deaf-mute students,that is,dance cheerleading training effectively improves the self-confidence and interpersonal skills of deaf-mute students.(2)After the dance cheerleading training,the self-confidence level of the deaf-mute students has been significantly improved: the measurement results of the two average values are not equal,and the p-values are significantly different,indicating that the self-confidence of the deaf-mute students has been improved after the training.(3)After the dance cheerleading training,the interpersonal skills of the deaf-mute students were greatly improved: the measurement results of the two mean values were not equal,and the p-value results were significantly different,indicating that the dance cheerleading training had a good promotion effect on the interpersonal skills of the deaf-mute students,among which the improvement effect on the conversation,communication and making friends of the deaf-mute students was the largest.(4)the deaf and dumb students with different degrees of deafness and deafness have different levels of self-confidence and interpersonal skills after taking part in the dance cheerleading training.The improvement of self-confidence and interpersonal skills was greatest in those with a lesser degree of deafness and deafness,especially in interpersonal skills.
