With the development of information technology,flipped classroom has gradually become a hot topic in teaching research.Existing studies in many disciplines have proved that the flipped classroom teaching model has a significant effect on students' "knowledge mastery" and "ability improvement".At present,the applied research of physical education flipped classroom is increasing year by year,and the quality of the teaching model directly affects the learning effect of students.However,there is a lack of theoretical and design research in the field specifically targeting at physical education flipped classroom.Paper turn to P.E classroom guide plan as the research object,and turn to the P.E classroom guide plan of theoretical analysis,the design process and evaluation standard as the main research content,using the method of literature,expert interviews and other research methods,first turn illuminates the P.E classroom guide plan design on the basis of theory,including the guide plan and the relationship between classroom,sports a prerequisite for using guide plan,etc.;Then it analyzes and discusses the principles,objectives,elements,forms and contents of the guide plan design of flipped classroom.Finally,based on this,the process of making and applying the guide plan of P.E flipped classroom and the standard of evaluating the quality of the guide plan are constructed.The main research conclusions of this paper include:(1)Flipped classroom is composed of three stages: before class,in class and after class.The application of guide plan is the basis for the P.E flipped classroom.It is necessary to ensure the continuity between the guide plan and the class and after class,so as to avoid the guide plan becoming an independent MOOC and losing the original intention of "guide".(2)The overall planning of school courses,the ability of teachers to make guide plan,and the ability of students to learn guide plan are the prerequisites for the application of guide plan in the pre-class stage.Only by meeting the above three conditions,can the pre-class stage of flippedclassroom proceed smoothly.(3)For physical education,not all the items and technical movements are suitable for the flipped classroom.The content of the guide plan is mainly based on whether the traditional classroom can establish a correct and clear representation of the technical movements and ensure the practice time and exercise load in class.The content of the guide plan mainly focuses on adjusting the proportion of the learning link,the thinking link and the development link according to the curriculum standard,the teaching syllabus and the students' physical and mental characteristics(4)A set of production and application process of the guide plan for P.E flipped classroom in is constructed.The preparation process of the guide plan includes the selection and emphasis of contents,the requirements of principles and objectives,the elements and forms of links;The application process of guide plan is combined with the production process of guide plan on the basis of the theoretical analysis of guide plan,which includes the internal conditions for the production of guide plan,the external conditions for the application of guide plan,the specific production process of guide plan,the position of guide plan in flipped classroom,and the role of guide plan in class and after class.(5)Put forward the method of evaluating the merits of the guide plan,including the evaluation of the production process of the guide plan and the evaluation of the application effect of the guide plan.The evaluation of the making process of the guide plan should investigate whether the guide plan can be made according to the process and standard.The evaluation of the application effect of guide plan should examine the influence of guide plan on students' learning effect,and examine whether guide plan have continuity and hierarchy with the exercises and summaries in class.
