The curriculum standard of general high school geography(2017 edition)proposes that the core literacy of geography include the concept of human-land coordination,comprehensive thinking,regional cognition and geographical practice.As an important part of geography core accomplishment,regional cognitive literacy is an indispensable geography ability.Scale thought is one of the important elements of geography thought.It is beneficial to the transformation and innovation of the thinking concept of geography teaching to deeply study the cultivation path of the scale thought to the core accomplishment in geography teaching.This paper uses classroom observation method,case analysis method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation of regional cognitive literacy,building a six-dimensional element system of regional cognitive literacy which is composed of regional positioning,regional division,regional characteristics,regional differences,regional connections and regional development and an evaluation standard of teaching level of regional cognitive cultivation.Selecting textbooks of high school geography are required three "prevention and control of desertification in northwestern region" this chapter 30 excellent classroom teaching video as the research material,According to the evaluation standard of regional cognitive literacy teaching level and the guiding points of combine the idea of scale with regional cognition,calculating and making correlation analysis that the scores of regional cognitive teaching level and using the frequency of scale thinking.Exploring the relationship between regional cognition and scale thought and the training strategy of integrating scale thought into cultivating regional cognition.To improve the regional cognitive teaching level of high school geography teachers.According to the correlation analysis results that the scores of regional cognitive teaching level and using the frequency of scale thinking,this paper puts forward the training strategy of integrating scale thought into cultivating regional cognition: accurate location of the region focuses on the division and selection of scale;the division of area should make clear the division and choice of scale;the analysis of regional features focuses on the correlation of scales;using the perspective of scale matching to compare the difference of regions;using scale transformation to recognize regional connections;using scale effect to analyze regional development.Carrying on the practice teaching to the training strategy,it is determined that the integration of scale thought into geography teaching can be used as a new and effective method to cultivate students' regional cognitive literacy.Its effectiveness is reflected in the following aspects: the application of scale thinking in teaching plays an obvious role in elevating students' regional cognitive literacy level,but it has little effect on students' basic literacy level;the integration of scale thought has a great influence on the three aspects of regional location,regional difference and regional division,and it has a weak influence on regional feature.The overall level was higher than the student of using regular teaching.
