Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of emerging technology and the surging of education reform,China has carried out a series of education and teaching reform based on special China's reality to adapt to and solve the various impacts and influences brought by technological revolution through actively summing up the experience and lessons of previous education reform,fully learning and absorbing the successful experience of foreign education reform and using the great thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In 2014,Zhejiang and Shanghai took the lead in the pilot of the new college entrance examination reform,and in 2018,the Geography Curriculum Standard for Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)was released.Due to the vast territory,unbalanced regional development in various provinces,and obvious differences in geographical elements,it is difficult for a single geographical textbook to meet the teaching needs of various regions.According to the principle of "one standard,multiple textbooks" proposed by the Ministry of Education,four versions of senior school geography textbook have been published successively,which are respectively published by Hunan Education Publishing House,People's Education Press,China Cartographic Publishing House and Shandong Education Press,have been published and issued,which has timely and effectively met the teaching needs of the new curriculum reform areas.According to the new geography curriculum standard,this paper makes a comparative study on the textbook one(Compulsory)in four editions,respectively published by Hunan Education Publishing House,People's Education Press,China Cartographic Publishing House and Shandong Education Press,through using the teaching theory and statistical analysis method of geography education.Taking moral education as the basic task and core accomplishment in geography as the main line,this paper analyzes in detail the contemporaneity,thoughtfulness and fundamentality of the design of four versions,optimizes the construction of teaching material system with the guidance of students' cognition,deepens the application of geographic information technology in the new geography curriculum so as to open students' eyes and improve their cognition,and optimizes the selection of cases inteaching activity that can reflect great achievements made in new era and enhance national pride and self-confidence.Through comparison,the following conclusions can be drawn.The four versions of the textbook have little difference in the design form and framework structure.They all strictly follow the requirements of the new curriculum standard to frame the basic framework of the textbook with the cultivation of geographical core literacy as the goal.What's more,the knowledge is wide and the difficulty is low.They do not deliberately pursue the integrity of the knowledge system,instead of fully filling the relevant knowledge of Earth Science,emphasizing field observation,and strengthening the cultivation of geographical practice.The textbook issued by Hunan Education Publishing House focuses on the design of text system,while the textbook issued by China Cartographic Publishing House pay more attention to image system and activity system.At the end of the paper,two suggestions are put forward.Compilers of textbooks should update the spirit of compiling ideas timely,follow the trend of international education development,and actively carry out the comparative study of excellent textbooks both at home and abroad.Taking the lifelong development of students as the starting point,they should explore the excellent textbooks at home and abroad,find the gap of compiling ideas of textbooks,constantly enrich the presentation forms of textbooks,optimize the structure of textbooks and carefully design the contents to make textbooks more contemporaneous,scientific and artistic.Users of textbooks should change the education concept timely and establish scientific one.Taking the curriculum standard as the guidance and constructing the knowledge system and teaching mode based on the cultivation of core literacy,they should boldly innovate the teaching mode to break the awkward situation of using single textbooks and promote the development and utilization of geographical curriculum resources.While explaining knowledge,we should also focus on the infiltration of geographical concepts and methods.In a word,we should grasp the curriculum standard,jump out textbooks and respond flexibly.
