At present,there are not many research results on vocational education diagnosis and improvement.Most of them are some scholars' opinions and school practices.The fragmentation of the research is serious and there is a lack of systematic research.Progress in work is uneven,and efforts are uneven.Establishing a system for diagnosis and improvement of teaching work in vocational colleges is an inevitable choice for the separation of“management,evaluation,and management.” The comprehensive deepening of comprehensive reforms in the field of education,and the promotion of the separation of“management,management,and evaluation.”The relationship between the three societies must accelerate and improve the autonomous development and self-restraint operating mechanism of schools.The education and teaching reform continued to deepen,the degree of cooperation and contribution of professional construction and economic and social development has been significantly improved,the teaching management ability has been significantly enhanced,the conventional teaching management has been more standardized,the teaching material construction management system has been more complete,and the continuous diagnosis and improvement of teaching has been formed.A group of professional teaching guidance schemes and curriculum standards with Hebei characteristics make the secondary vocational teaching standard system more complete and the quality of education quality management significantly improved.In accordance with the Provincial Diagnosis and Reform Plan,the school establishes a normalized periodic teaching diagnosis and reform system and working mechanism,and regularly conducts self-diagnosis and reform.Schools implementing diagnosis and reform require active participation in training,study of documents,update of concepts,establishment of a school-level diagnosis and reform organization guarantee mechanism;construction of a school-level talent training work status data management system,and annual status data collection,uploading,analysis,and use;Bottom line and keep pace with the times,in accordance with the school's current development status and development goals in the next 3 to 5 years,with the goal of solving problems,ensuring quality,and promoting development,clarify the target requirements ofdiagnosis points,and establish diagnosis at all levels and in all aspects of the school.Reform standards,and carry out self-diagnosis in accordance with school-based diagnostic and reform standards;establish and improve the operating mechanism of school-level diagnostic and reform work,find diagnostic and reform problems,and fill in shortcomings and loopholes.The construction of the "diagnosis and reform" system clearly states that vocational colleges are the main responsibility for fulfilling the quality of talent training,and emphasize self-improvement and promotion.In short,the construction of the "diagnosis and reform" system does not rely on external forces,nor is it evaluation and evaluation,but a spontaneous management idea and behavior of the school.Through the construction of the "diagnosis and reform" system,guide vocational colleges to truly implement the comprehensive management concept of "everyone is managed,the whole process is managed,and everyone is a manager."
