Adaptive learning system is an open human-computer interaction system,which is based on artificial intelligence technology,with learners as the center,computers as the media,and uses computers to simulate the thinking process of teaching experts.According to the learners' various characteristics and behavioral tendencies,such as learning style,media tendency,interest,cognitive level,etc.,the corresponding teaching strategies are adopted to recommend personalized learning paths and learning resources to provide learners with a personalized learning service.There are many researches on adaptive learning based on learning style scale,adaptive learning theory and algorithm based on personalized recommendation in domestic research,but the application research is relatively less,so it is necessary to study the actual application effect of adaptive learning system.This study intends to use literature research,case study,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods.Follow the research route of theoretical basis-Research Review-system analysis-system application-result analysis-summary and suggestion.Firstly,the theoretical basis and professional concepts of adaptive learning system are clarified,and then the deficiencies in the application research of adaptive learning system in China are summarized by combing the literature.Then,the paper analyzes the adaptive learning system used in this paper,including the technology,concept and function of personalized recommendation,focusing on the personalized recommendation based on learning matrix and collaborative filtering recommendation process.This paper analyzes the structure of the knowledge points of the compulsory one of physics in the first year of senior high school,based on which the resource base of physics discipline in the first year of senior high school is constructed,which provides the resource base for the application research of adaptive learning system.The focus of this paper is to use the experimental process of adaptive learning system and the analysis of experimental results.Through the analysis of students' learning process and survey results,the paper summarizes the relationship between the use of adaptive learning system and students' learning effect.Finally,according to the problems in the application of the adaptive learning system found in the process of the experiment,the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward,and the innovation and shortcomings of this paper are summarized,as well as the future research direction.Changing the examination oriented education system has a long way to go,not overnight,but we can improve the new learning mode through continuous attempts,in order to promote quality education and promote the personalized development of students.This research explores the practical application effect of the adaptive learning platform based on personalized recommendation in senior high school physics teaching,gradually explores the shortcomings of the adaptive learning system and improves it,so as to accumulate experience for the promotion and application of the adaptive learning system in the teaching process in the future.It is helpful to the research and optimization of adaptive learning system,and provides direction and thinking for the researchers of adaptive learning.
