The outline of the national medium-and long-term plan for Educational Reform and Development(2010-2020)states that by 2020,China will basically realize the modernization of education,including the modernization of the basic education.The basic education,as the foundation and key part of the whole education system,bears the important responsibility and mission of training modern people.In order to achieve the goal of training modern people,we need new teachers with modern ideas and advanced ideas.At present,no matter from the macro-education environment or from the micro-classroom teaching changes,we can clearly and clearly feel that education information has become the trend of future teaching.In the face of this educational trend,primary school teachers' information literacy gradually began to receive everyone's attention.Scholars began to study this content.This research is on the basis of previous scholars' research,in-depth understanding of S Y district primary school teachers current status of information literacy,and strive to analyze the information literacy of primary school teachers problems,put forward the corresponding promotion strategy.This paper focuses on the information literacy of primary school teachers,with questionnaire as the main part and interview as the auxiliary part,the questionnaire is designed and investigated from the four dimensions of information consciousness,information knowledge,information ability,information social responsibility and information technology training.The data of each dimension is analyzed,find the existing problems of primary school teachers' information literacy.Finally,the corresponding promotion strategy is put forward according to the related problems.The details are as follows:The first part introduces the research background,domestic and foreign research status,research significance,research ideas and methods and core concept definition.The second part discusses the theoretical basis of teachers' information literacy.The theory of education includes the theory of life-long education and the theory of integration of teacher education.Teachers' information literacy consists of four dimensions: Information Consciousness,information knowledge,information ability and information social responsibility.The third part is the investigation and analysis of primary school teachers' information literacy under the background of basic education modernization.The first chapter is the detailed design of the research project.The second chapter is the Elementary School Teacher Information Literacy present situation investigation result analysis.The fourth part is the information literacy of Primary School Teachers under the background of basic education modernization.Based on the analysis of questionnaire data and interview records,this paper discusses the problems from the aspects of teachers,schools and training.The fifth part is the strategy of improving primary school teachers' information literacy under the background of basic education modernization.In view of the problems and deep reasons of primary school teachers' information literacy,this part puts forward corresponding improving strategies from three aspects: teachers' Main Body,school environment and training mechanism.
