Secondary vocational education is the bridge between education and all walks of life.It is also the combination of education and economy.It plays an irreplaceable role in national economic development.Since the Nineteenth National Congress,the country has begun to vigorously develop vocational education.Vocational education plays a vital role in national economic development,especially in local economic development,and is the main pillar to promote local economic development and regional social progress.Compared with Ningbo vocational education,which is in the forefront of the country,the vocational education in Fenghua District has no advantage over other secondary vocational schools in Ningbo in the fierce competition of enrollment.The outflow of high-quality students,or even the situation of "coming in,not staying",has led to serious dropout,which has led to the shrinking of the number of secondary vocational students in our region and the decline of their quality.Affected by many factors,such as school choice,school attraction and so on,the dropout rate of Fenghua secondary vocational education often occupies the first place in Ningbo,seriously affecting the development of local vocational education and local economic development.For the dropouts themselves,it is easy to restrict their employment and career development;for the local economy,the loss of a large number of excellent vocational skills is not conducive to local economic development;for the local society,it is easy to cause a series of problems,such as juvenile delinquency,family economic burden,and so on,which is not conducive to local social stability.This paper takes two secondary vocational schools in Fenghua District of Ningbo City as an example,through using the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews to ningbo fenghua area two schools students drop out of nearly three years,origin,present situation investigation,respectively from the student individual level of psychology,learning disabilities,the relationship between teachers and students,the relationship between the living;The economic situation,the family status of family level;School level Angle,Angle of the head teacher,teacher degrees;Social public opinion,social temptation,employment,and analyzes the four aspects.Concluded that led to the development zone G school students drop out of the following main reasons: personal disgusted with poor ability to adapt,bad relationships,lost love,bad relationship between teachers and students and teachers,school management strict,halfway divorced parents,parents opposed,boring class,the class atmosphere is bad,big social temptation,poor social public opinion,low levels of employment,etc.,and thus it is concluded that the role of "teacher" for our vocational education of the article "dropping out" a key role.On the basis of the above analysis,the author has carried on the track to the current situation of students who leave high school before finishing.In the study of dropout prevention research results at home and abroad such as research materials,on the basis of the combination of domestic and international successful secondary vocational school personnel training mode,put forward the suitable for local characteristics of the product "dropping out" series countermeasures: build school care system,deepen the parent-school "produced" efforts,strengthen school "to",widen the vocational education propaganda,set up the mechanism of pre school students into the five countermeasures.To strive to reduce dropout rate,promote vocational education development of our brand.
