In recent years,the number of large-scale sports venues has been developing rapidly in China.After Beijing successfully held the 2008 Olympic Games,many high standard sports venues have been built after that.However,the problem of post-match operation of those large-scale sports venues come soon,not only in China,but also in the whole world.Many cities spent the huge amount of money to build the venue to meet the requirements of the competition.Those venues have become the landmark of the city,the survival and development has been the key issue of each venue whether the post-operation of the venues can obtain corresponding income with the huge investment in the early stage.First of all,the author has done a lot of research on the concepts related to the operation and management of the venues,and some successful cases in the world,including the business administration knowledge,the definition and classification of venues,relevant policies and regulations,and the current management mode of Chines venues and venues in foreign countries.In the literature part,the author introduces and analyze two venues with successful operation,they are Toyota Arena and Mercedes Benz Arena.And start the analysis of the D Sports Center.In the process of analysis,the author introduces the overview and operations of D Sports Center.In accordance with the current situation of D Sports Center,to find the operation problems and the cause of problems.The author puts forward the optimization scheme: diversified operation,diversified marketing strategy,management team specialization,diversified fitness services and development of intangible assets.Developed safeguards for the project,ensure the smooth implementation of the plan in the future operation.In order to succeed in the management of large stadiums and gymnasiums in China,we must balance social and economic benefits,diversified,specialized and open operation.The research will also be of great guiding significance to the operation of large stadiums and gymnasiums in China.China's sports industry has been in the front end of the world,especially after the rise and development of China's economy and the stability of China's consumer market,the operation and management level of large-scale Chinese stadiums and gymnasiums has to be improved in order to meet the requirements of international standards.
