In recent years,the rapid development of human resource service industry has provided efficient,high-quality and convenient human resource services for all kinds of enterprises,institutions,workers and job seekers.With the rapid development of labor dispatch business,it is favored by all kinds of employing units,and has become an important support for high-quality economic and social development.The amendment to the Labor Contract Law,and the Interim Provisions on Labor Dispatch,implemented successively in recent years,which raised the strict restrictions on labor dispatch to an unprecedented level.The labor dispatch market is facing a sharp contraction,the industrial structure of human resource services is facing major adjustment,and the competition pattern of human resource services market has changed.On the basis of comprehensive diagnosis of enterprises,the formulation and implementation of scientific and reasonable competition strategy can lead enterprises to grasp opportunities in the increasingly fierce market competition,effectively avoid risks,continuously improve market competitiveness,and promote the sustainable,stable and healthy development of enterprises.Guangdong Nam yue Human Resources Service Co.,Ltd is a large-scale human resources service company in the industry.The company started the labor dispatch business earlier and takes it as the main business,providing strong human resources support for many employers,and the company's business income and profit have also been effectively increased.Under the background of the change of policy environment and the increasingly fierce market competition,the research and exploration of the company's labor dispatch business competition strategy is representative,and has a certain reference role for other enterprises in the industry.This paper takes Guangdong Nam yue Human Resources Service Co.,Ltd as the research object,and applies the strategic management theory and tools to make ascientific competitive strategy for the enterprise labor dispatch business.Firstly,this paper uses PEST analysis method and Porter's five forces model to analyze the macro environment,industry environment and internal environment of the company's labor dispatch development systematically,and then uses EFE and IFE analysis methods to analyze the opportunities and threats faced by the company's development,as well as its own advantages and disadvantages.Then using SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix to analyze the competitive strategy of the company's labor dispatch business.At last,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of competitive strategy from five aspects: optimizing the organizational structure of enterprises and strengthening the development of human resources.
