| Mountain outdoor training in China is an important platform for outdoor enthusiasts and practitioners to receive professional skills education and improve their abilities.Mountain outdoor training bears the important responsibility of the healthy development of the outdoor industry in China.An effective risk analysis of mountain outdoor training courses and suggestions for coping with them are of great significance to improving the development of mountain outdoor training in China,especially to improve the safety of trainees participating in the training.This article takes the risks in the mountain outdoor training courses hosted by the China Association of Education as the research object,uses the literature method,the survey method,the field inspection method,the data analysis method,and the illegal method.Based on the current situation of mountain outdoor training in various places,it conducts an in-depth investigation.,Analyze the basic situation of training,and issue questionnaires to trainees,principals of the organizer and outdoor teachers,investigate and analyze the basic situation of development and possible risk factors,inspect the development process of the field,and then Based on the actual situation,analyze the more common risk factors in mountain outdoor training at the current stage,analyze them,propose corresponding countermeasures,and finally draw conclusions.To provide theoretical experience for the continuous development of outdoor mountain training in risk management,and to add strength to the development of outdoor mountain education in China.The main research conclusions reached are as follows:(1)The main groups currently participating in mountain outdoor training are team leaders,trainees,and outdoor enthusiasts.The scope of the crowd is increasing and wider,and their physical conditions and outdoor skills are also uneven.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct training for the participants in the training.Strict physical investigation,master the basic situation before the training,to avoid accidents.(2)The training is led by many parties.The cooperation between China and Denmark as the organizer should strengthen the safety inspection and evaluation during the training process,and prepare in advance.Not only regular inspections but also irregular inspections should be conducted to identify problems and prevent them in time.(3)The age of the organizer is different,but the construction of the venue and facilities of the units responsible for the outdoor training of the mountain carried out by the Dengxie Association basically meets the standards,but is not complete.Actively urge the improvement of Standardize and strengthen supervision.(4)After analyzing the risk factors that may exist in outdoor training courses in mountainous areas,human factors are the most important for outdoor training courses in mountainous areas,so the emphasis on the management of various risk factors for people is important for outdoor training in mountainous areas.Training is the number one priority.(5)The risks in mountain outdoor training courses are composed of people,things and the natural environment.In terms of risk sources,this paper divides them into the risks of outdoor teachers,the risks of students,the risks of site facilities and equipment,the risks of natural environment and other common risks.Five categories,including 25 items of Level 2 risk factors.(6)This paper uses the ranking method and matrix method to evaluate and classify the risk factors of outdoor training courses in mountainous regions,and sort out 2 key response items,13 sub-key response items,and 10,general risk and concern response items,and respond to the corresponding The project proposed countermeasures according to its characteristics. |
