TFU is an acronym for "Teaching for Understanding." The TFU teaching mode aims at promoting students' understanding of theoretical knowledge and instructs teachers to design the teaching process according to the systematic framework.At present,China's secondary vocational schools "financial Management" curriculum education and teaching development is facing many difficulties,the traditional teaching mode is backward,the teaching effect is to be improved.As is known to all,the course of "Financial Management" aims at cultivating applied talents.However,the skilled practical application is based on good theoretical basis.Teachers should not underestimate the theoretical teaching in the basic stage of secondary vocational students in school.The concept of "understanding teaching" of TFU teaching mode is not only the need to solve the practical teaching dilemma in financial Management course of secondary vocational school,but also the requirement to improve the effect of theoretical teaching.Therefore,this paper deeply integrates the TFU teaching mode with the financial Management course of secondary vocational school,sticks to the design concept of "understanding first",improves students' mastery of theoretical knowledge,and thus improves the teaching effect of this course.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research content and research methods of this paper,and summarizes relevant research literature at home and abroad.On this basis,the main research issues of this paper are proposed.The second part introduces the relevant theories of "TFU teaching mode",and expounds the connotation,framework composition,characteristics and relevant theoretical basis of TFU teaching mode,which is the theoretical basis of this paper.In the third part,the author conducts a questionnaire survey on the current teaching status of financial Management course in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the feasibility of applying TFU teaching mode in this course based on the survey results.The fourth part focuses on the application of TFU teaching mode in the course of "Financial Management" in secondary vocational schools,and takes the second section of chapter 5 of "Financial Management" as an example to carry out specific teaching design and implementation,providing practical reference for the course.The fifth part,the author through to the students in the final test,organization theory knowledge in the form of competition and face to face interview to test the application effect of TFU teaching model,the results show that in the secondary application of TFU teaching pattern of "financial management" can promote students' understanding of theoretical knowledge,so as to improve the teaching effect of the course.The sixth part draws the research conclusion,and carries on the profound reflection in view of the inadequacies in the practice,proposes the future research direction.
