Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of preschool education,kindergarten education has attracted more and more attention from many scholars,educators and parents.Parents pay close attention to children's daily life,games,learning and other activities in the kindergarten,which also shows that parents put forward higher requirements for the quality of kindergarten education.Therefore,family and kindergarten,as the two main bodies of early childhood education,are of great significance to the growth and development of children.Family education,as the initial education of early childhood education,is the first subject of early childhood education,which is crucial for children;kindergarten education is another subject to assist parents to influence and educate children;and the growth of children is just in need of both families and kindergartens to reach the consistency of education,so as to shape children's sound personality,which is also home The significance of CO education."Kindergarten education guidelines(Trial)" points out: "the family is an important partner of kindergarten,should be in line with the principle of respect,equality,cooperation,to strive for parents' understanding and active participation,and actively support and help parents improve their education ability." therefore,this emphasizes that only when the home works together,can children's education in the family and kindergarten be consistent,which is of great practical significance for creating a good social environment conducive to the healthy growth of children.Based on this,this paper starts with the current situation of parents' participation in Homestead co education activities in Kangbashi Y kindergarten in Ordos,analyzes the current situation of homestead co education activities in kindergarten by observing and recording parents' attitude,frequency,form and content of participation inHomestead co education activities,analyzes the current situation of activities,and puts forward the effectiveness of promoting the effect of homestead co education activities in this kindergarten Suggestions and suggestions.Using the methods of questionnaire,interview,literature and observation,this study analyzes the current situation of homestead co education,focusing on the understanding and attitude of preschool teachers and parents towards homestead co education,the degree of support for homestead work,the frequency of organizing homestead co education activities,the ways,forms and degrees of parents' participation in Homestead co education,and the problems existing in Homestead co education cooperation Therefore,the effective ways to promote homestead co education are studied.The results show that: the current situation of parents' participation in Homestead co education in Kangbashi Y kindergarten in Ordos is investigated.From the perspective of the current situation of children's parents' participation in Homestead co education,the cognition and attitude,content and form,frequency of participation,evaluation and feedback of parents' effect on Homestead co education in the kindergarten are presented Based on the analysis of the current situation of long-term participation in Homestead co education activities,this paper puts forward some effective suggestions to promote the effect of homestead co education activities in the middle class of Kangbashi Y kindergarten.It is found that the park organizes various activities of homestead co education and encourages parents to actively participate in the activities of homestead co education,but the activities are superficial;some parents' cognitive attitudes towards homestead co education are inconsistent,which results in the substantiality of homestead co education activities communication with teachers,which leads to poor communication of homestead education activities.Based on the existing problems,this study puts forward feasible suggestions based on the actual situation of Kangbashi Y kindergarten: from the perspective of kindergarten,we can establish and improve the homestead co education system,strengthen the resource investment of family education guidance;we should give full play to the leading role of the director in Homestead co Education,establish an effective homestead communication mechanism and homestead co education system,and establish a common From the perspective of kindergarten teachers,we should improve their professional quality and skills to lead parents to scientific parenting,change the educational concept,strengthen the cultivation awareness of dual subjects,create a new form of homestead co education,enhance the enthusiasm of parents' participation,change their own working ideas,establish a relationship of trust and equality with their parents,and clarify the responsibilities of both parents We should strengthen the sense of responsibility of parents and give full play to the role of parent committee.Based on the existing problems,this study puts forward feasible suggestions based on the actual situation of carrying out homestead co education activities in Kangbashi Y kindergarten: from the perspective of kindergarten,give full play to the leading role of the head of the kindergarten;establish and improve the relevant system of homestead co education;innovate the model of Homestead co education activities on the basis of existing homestead co education activities,and continue to strengthen The investment of resources such as family education guidance and family education lectures.From the perspective of kindergarten teachers,efforts should be made to improve their professional quality and skills,guide parents in scientific parenting;actively change the educational concept and
