| Flower ball cheerleading is a subordinate item of dance cheerleading, which is one of the most representative items in dance cheerleading. In the background of the new rules, the choreography of this competition presents the development trend of complexity and diversification, and the development of the difficulty level is especially prominent, among which the difficulty of the turning class is the highest percentage of the difficulty of the project. In the analysis of the domestic and international events,it is found that the quality of the completion of the difficulty of the turning class of the participating teams is directly proportional to the final score ranking, and the difficulty of the turning class directly affects the competition level of the team. The world’s best teams in the competition show high quality and stable difficulty of the movement pattern, leading the development trend of today’s cheerleading training. With the gradual scientific and efficient training system, the development of special physical ability of the difficulty of the turning class needs the support of technical movements, while the technical movements need physical ability as a guarantee, both are indispensable and cannot be discussed separately.Based on this, this study takes training methods and means that match the structure of the movement according to the technical characteristics of the difficulty of the turning class. Therefore, based on the concept and method system of non-stable resistance training, this paper provides a scientific training program with universality and participation in combination with the difficulty characteristics of the body turn, and verifies the impact of the implementation program on the completion quality of the difficult movements of the body turn class of flower ball cheerleaders. In this study,we used literature method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method to summarize the factors affecting the difficult movements of body turning in pom-pom cheerleading, and screened the physical quality measurement indexes and technical completion quality indexes related to the difficulty of body turning according to the questionnaire survey.Sixteen cheerleaders were selected as experimental subjects and divided into control and experimental groups based on the pre-test data, and the non-stable resistance intervention program was conducted for 9 weeks(5 times/week,60 minutes/time).In order to test the specific effects of non-stable resistance training on the quality of completion of difficult turning movements and related physical quality. The following conclusions were obtained:(1)Non-stability resistance training can improve the lower limb muscle fast strength and strength endurance quality of flower ball cheerleaders’ turning class movements, ensure the angle degree of the power leg and the angular speed and extension of the main leg stirrups, enhance the rate of completing the movement technique, improve the maximum number of laps completed, and at the same time ensure the stability of the movement and the control of the lower limb posture.(2)Non-stable resistance training improves the balance ability of the cheerleader’s body turning movements and improves the neuromuscular control ability of the player. To ensure the completion of the action, the correct posture, action position to complete high-quality turning movements.(3)Non-stable resistance training to improve the core muscle group strength level of cheerleaders, turn the body when the action of turning the force generated by the arms to the trunk so as to carry out the body twist, the development of core muscle group strength is conducive to the development of the initial speed of the athlete turning and the control of the body center of gravity in the process of turning,to achieve the transfer, integration and control of upper and lower limb strength,to ensure the integrity of technical movements and The development of core muscle group strength is beneficial to the development of the initial speed of the athlete and the control of the body center of gravity in the process of turning. |
