In recent years,negotiation method has been used in the teaching and research activities of morality and rule of law in many schools.Teaching and research work plays a supporting role in ensuring the quality of basic education,and plays an important role in guiding teaching practice and promoting the development of teachers.New problems in teaching and research work in the new era put forward new requirements for the scientificity of teaching and research.Schools should give full play to the role of teaching and research in Teachers' teaching,students' learning and solving teaching problems.It is particularly important for teachers to innovate the teaching and research methods,strengthen the comprehensive education research of subjects,and highlight the actual effect of moral education.Moral and rule of law teachers need to actively explore the teaching and research methods,in teaching imperceptibly to achieve the purpose of education,which requires teachers to think about together.The moral and rule of law course in junior high school takes the students' gradually expanding life experience as the basis of teaching,and takes the relationship between students' handling and self,with others and collective,with the country and society as the main line,with the purpose of guiding junior high school students to improve their moral level,involving moral,legal,psychological and national conditions and other teaching contents.Teachers have a wide range of discussions in teaching and research,and there are many situations that need to be discussed to design teaching situations and teaching cases.In addition,new links such as "using your experience","exploring and sharing","reading comprehension" and "expanding space" in moral and rule of law textbooks in junior middle school provide opportunities for teachers to discuss.Moral and rule of law teachers are in the network,and there are different problems in different classes,which need teachers to communicate together to solve.Therefore,junior high school morality and rule of law are more suitable for teaching and research by negotiation,which can not only improve the quality of teaching,but also promote the professional development of teachers and the improvement of students' moral level.However,in the process of teaching and Research on morality and rule of law,teachers' negotiation has encountered some problems,which makes the quality of teachers' negotiationunsatisfactory.This study focuses on the definition,importance analysis and theoretical basis of the relevant concepts of the negotiation method in the moral and legal teaching and research of junior high school.On the basis of interviews and educational observation,it understands the current situation of the application of the negotiation method in the moral and legal teaching and research of Junior high school,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward countermeasures to optimize the application of the negotiation method in the moral and legal teaching and research according to the reasons ? The main body of this paper is divided into the following four parts.The first part expounds the definition and importance of the concept of negotiation in the teaching and research of morality and rule of law in junior high school.The key concepts are mainly negotiation and teaching and research,specifically explaining the content and characteristics of teaching and research.In addition,it expounds the importance of negotiation in the teaching and research of morality and rule of law in junior high school,which mainly includes: helping to promote the pertinence of morality and rule of law teaching,helping to cultivate the consciousness of teachers' help,helping to promote the transfer of teachers' experience,and helping to improve students' moral cultivation.The second part expounds the theoretical basis of the application of negotiation in the teaching and research of morality and rule of law in junior high school,mainly including Marxism theory on the relationship between the whole and the part,Haken's theory on coordination and Habermas' s theory on negotiation ethics.The third part expounds the current situation and reason analysis of the application of the negotiation method in the teaching and research of morality and rule of law in junior high school.Through observing the process of the teaching and research of morality and rule of law and interviewing teachers' samples,it is found that the current situation of the application of the negotiation method in the teaching and research is as follows: more times of teaching and research,less topics of planning and negotiation;more content of teaching and research,more experience negotiation;more number of teaching and research,less active participation in negotiation;less teaching and research There are many forms and few problems in negotiation.The reasons for these problems are as follows: first,there is a lack of standardization in the negotiation system,including the lack of meticulous negotiation system,the lack of awareness of the group leader's negotiation,and the difficulty in unifying the system and human feelings.Second,the content of the negotiation is not deep,including the deviation of teachers' understanding,the lack of stability and innovation in the negotiation content,and the over consideration of teachers' face.Third,the evaluation of teaching and research focuses on quantification,including the evaluation of teachers focuses on teaching achievements and the evaluation of teaching and research ignores negotiation.The fourth part expounds the strategy of optimizing the negotiation method in the teaching and research of morality and rule of law in junior high school.Combined with the specific cases of morality and rule of law teaching,the following suggestions are put forward.First,in terms of the teaching and research system,the reasonable formulation of the negotiation system requires the refinement of the system content and recording of the teacher's speech;the stipulation of the division of responsibilities of teachers requires the teaching and research team leader to mobilize the teacher's discussion and the real participation of teachers in the teaching and research.Second,in terms of teaching and research content,it is necessary to discuss teaching materials and teaching progress,study the relationship between teaching materials and curriculum standards,and combine thematic lectures with overall arrangement of teaching progress;it is necessary for teachers to discuss teaching difficulties and listen to evaluation courses,and actively participate in open courses and listen to evaluation courses.Thirdly,in the aspect of teaching and research evaluation,the discussion teaching evaluation system needs to take the form of statistics of students' performance score and proposition in the dimension of investigation.In terms of the results of the investigation,teachers should correctly face the different answers of students and use the collective marking to discuss the answers of students.The standard of teachers' quality includes improving teachers' moral quality and innovating quality.
