| In the context of rapid urbanization in China,children of migrant workers as a group of special children have attracted the attention of the public.They moved from the countryside to the city with their working parents like flowers transplanted,and therefore they are called “children of the migrant workers.” Their education has become the focus for all circles of the society recently.In response,the national government has also introduced many policies to have them get school education in cities.But the problem has not stopped,especially since the children of migrant workers entering middle school are in the midst of a conflict-ridden adolescence.Due to the unique psychological characteristics of the rural to urban migration.And a special family environment,make the children of migrant workers generally lack of care,Don't care about others,also won't care about everything around.Though care education is adopted at schools,it doesn't work.It is therefore very necessary to strengthen the care education for children of migrant workers.The survey and interview methods were mainly adopted in this study,and extensive investigation and interview were conducted for teachers,students and students' parents of E Middle School in Xingtai City.Through the investigation,it was found that E middle school did not design relevant courses and special activities in the care education of migrant children;The teacher lacks the cognition to the care education of the accompanying migrants' children;Parents neglect and misunderstand the existence of care education for their children;there are some problems such as the lack of caring cognition and caring ability of the accompanying children.Through in-depth analysis of the existing problems and finding the reasons,it is found that schools and teachers do not pay enough attention to the particularity of children's education,the lack of family education,serious personal psychological problems and social factors all have a negative impact on children's care and education.Through the analysis of the reasons,the author puts forward the countermeasures of the care education for the migrants' children of the accompanying children in urban middle schools.Comprehensively improve the level of teachers' caring education,improve teachers' understanding of caring education through a variety of ways,and integrate caring education into classroom teaching so as to give the best care to the accompanying children;Give play to the role of schools in caring education,create moral education activities for caring migrants' children,We will promote educational reform to care for the children of migrant workers,We should innovate the social care and education activities,improve the community service mode of caring for the children of migrant workers,and attach importance to the social practice of migrant workers.In the end of the thesis,the existing problems about care and love education of migrants' children at high school stage are summarized.Besides,it is further pointed out that the problem is influenced by multiple factors,and that improvement should be conducted from several aspects.Finally,it is emphasized that caring and educating migrants' children is the important channel for the school to manage migrants' children,and will promote the physical and mental health and growth of students. |
