| The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward for the first time that it is necessary to continuously improve the education of the people,we should make steady progress in ensuring people's access to childcare,which points out the direction for the future development of 0-3 year old children's education in China.With the continuous improvement of parents' awareness of early education,the early education institutions have developed rapidly.At the same time,the problems in the management of early education institutions have become increasingly prominent.Indepth understanding the current situation of the management of early childhood education institutions in Xi'an,exploring the deep-seated causes of the problems,and constructing the management mechanism of early childhood education institutions in accordance with the actual situation of Xi'an are the urgent problems to be solved in the management of early childhood education institutions in Xi'an.To study the scientific management mechanism of early childhood education institutions is of great significance for the standardized development of early childhood education institutions in Xi'an.This paper is based on the topic of "Research on the Construction of Management Mechanism of Early Childhood Education Institutions in Xi'an",and attempts to use the theories of public product,lifelong education and social control,as well as literature research,case interviews,questionnaires,statistical analysis and other methods to explore the construction of Xi'an early childhood education institutions management mechanism.The paper starts from the current situation of the management of children's early education institutions in Xi'an,and finds many problems in the management mechanism of early childhood education institutions in Xi'an: the supervision system of early education institutions is not perfect,the departments of early education institutions is not scientifical y set,the financial investment in early education is seriously insufficient,and the construction of early teachers team is seriously lagged.On the basis of in-depth analysis of these issues,the paper proposes the macro-structure of the management mechanism of early childhood education institutions in Xi'an from four aspects: system establishment,institution setting,fund guarantee and talent cultivation.In view of the complexity of the management of early childhood education institutions in Xi'an,we should explore the macro-structure of the management mechanism of early childhood education institutions in Xi'an from various aspects,multilevel and multi-angle.The paper argues that: the government should introduce the management system of early education institutions to regulate the development of early education industry;clarify the competent departments of early education institutions,strengthen effective supervision and management;increase investment in early education funds,and promote the healthy development of early education industry;formulate early education personnel training programs,accelerate the training and output of early education personnel.The innovation of the thesis is: based on the actual situation in Xi'an,combined with the survey data,the management mechanism of the early childhood education institution in Xi'an was initially constructed. |
