In the national medium and long term education reform and development program,it is clear that we should value education for infants and children at the age of three.As the masses of the people pay more and more attention to education,the private early education institutions appear,and many young parents spend a lot on early education in order to "keep the children on the starting line".In changchun city,there are a variety of early education institutions with uneven quality,so the professional competence of early teachers is the main concern of parents.As is known to all,the level of teachers' professional ability is the key aspect to guarantee the teaching effect.But worthy of people's thought is that early childhood teachers' professional ability of changchun city status whether can really take to promote healthy growth of infants and young children.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the status quo of the vocational ability of early education teachers in the early education center of changchun city,to provide feasible Suggestions for the development of early education teachers' vocational ability,and to improve the teaching quality of the early education center in changchun city so as to promote the sustainable development of early education teachers and early education centers.Research of this paper discusses the reason of the thesis topic selection,this paper introduces the related core concepts of teachers' professional ability,after analyzing the related literature at home and abroad it is concluded that the innovation of this study.Lastly,a questionnaire survey method is adopt in this paper,in which that early teach teachers of different scale independent early education institutions were selected as the research object from the private early education institutions of Changchun,and the status of the vocational ability of teachers from the basic condition of teachers of early education(the basic situation of the teachers of early education and professional background analysis)and the status of occupational ability were investigated.It analyze that status of teachers' vocational ability in Changchun early education institution,and points out that teachers' professional ability of early education in Changchun city is low in professional level,lack of teaching ability and lack of cognition of intercourse ability,and that the teaching can be reflected less in the professional Angle,and the career planning capability is not high enough.Suggestions are put forward in the government departments,in the early education institutions and in the early teaching teachers.Government departments should pay more attention to early education,set up unified industry access standards,strictly introduce teachers into the job market,actively open early education related majors in higher vocational colleges,and improve the talent training mechanism for early education majors.The early teaching institutions should increase the proportion of male teachers,the training of early teaching,and focus on the career planning of the early teachers;Early education teachers should improve their professional knowledge and skills,pay attention to the improvement of communication skills and improve their professional planning ability...
