As an important part of lifelong education system,community education plays an important role in building a harmonious society and a learning city.Community education workers as the main strength to push the community education and lifelong education,its survival status directly affects the quality of community education and community education's overall development level,but the current situation is not optimistic about its survival.Therefore,attention and improve community education workers survival condition,can effectively improve the current community education quality,and speed up the completion of the learning city and harmonious society.At present,there are many studies on community educators in academia,but few of them focus on the survival status of community education workers.Therefore this paper takes Ningbo city community education workers living condition as the research object,through the analysis of Ningbo city community education workers survival condition,find the existing problems,and put forward the improvement of community education workers living state proposal.This study on the basis of the relevant literature,using questionnaires and interviews,respectively from the material life,work state and personal development in three aspects,the description and analysis of community education workers survival condition,It is found that the existing situation of community educators has problems in salary,work pressure,sense of work achievement,social status,professional development,training and Title evaluation.Then,combined with interviews and field observations,the reasons for the above problems are analyzed,including unreasonable salary system;lack of humanistic care in the management of competent units;insufficient number of front-line workers;wide entrance to recruitment,lack of job standards;small share of job title evaluation,unreasonable promotion of title;lack of specific laws and regulations,unclear orientation of community education;community educators' professional development planning is not clear,the self-drive is insufficient;shortage of training funds and resources and imperfect training system;part of community education workers entry motives and so on.In view of the problems,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: government departments,competent units,individual community educators,including increasing capital investment,optimizing salary system,improving the welfare treatment of community educators,controlling the entrance of community educators,improving job requirements and building professional talent team;perfect the legislation of community education and clarify the identity of community education workers;expanding and optimizing the contingent of community educators,rationally allocating staff and reducing workload;opening up job titles and improving the professional development system of community educators;increasing the humanization of management,improving the evaluation mechanism and creating a good working environment;ensuring the quality of training,and constantly improving the professional level of community educators;training self-reflection and self-reflection;Consider habits,clarify professional development goals,and establish a lifelong learning concept,correct professional mentality,enhancing the sense of responsibility and mission.
