Academic identity is the primary feature of university teachers in promoting knowledge and seeking new applications of knowledge.Publicity is the essential attribute of university teachers' scientific research.With the development of economy and society and the extension of university functions,the scientific research of university teachers begins to participate more and more in the social service,but it is also inevitably affected or even impacted by the government,the market and other forces.At present,as an important participant in national scientific research and social research activities,the academic identity positioning of university teachers and the public nature of scientific research are constantly showing a new development trend.While promoting the development of scientific research and original innovation,taking the initiative of social responsibility,but also at the same time facing the crisis of change and lack.It not only hinders the healthy and orderly development of scientific research,seriously destroys the ecological environment of scientific research,but also reduces the social credibility of scientific research,and directly or indirectly threatens the public interest.In this case,how to correctly grasp the opportunities and challenges from both inside and outside on the basis of following the laws of scientific research and development,It has become an important topic to discuss the development of university teachers' scientific research and the realization of publicity.Based on George H.Meade's symbolic interaction theory and L.Kosse's theory of social conflict,this paper defines the academic identity of university teachers and the public nature of scientific research.By using the method of historical research and content analysis,the interactive use of historical traceability and synchronic comparison,this paper analyzes the academic identity orientation of university teachers "pure type,application type and occupation type" and the public nature of "subject-ego type,objective-type and self-type" in scientific research of university teacher's "pure-type","application-type" and "occupation-type".It can be seen that government,market,individual academic value orientation and other factors have affected the academic identity of university teachers and the realization of the public nature of scientific research.In some social situations,excessive government intervention,excessive market intervention and so on can easily induce changes in academic identity and lack of publicity in scientific research.Therefore,in order to highlight the publicness of university teachers' scientific research,we should further construct the logical equilibrium power field between government,market and the academic community of universities within the framework of theoretical analysis in this paper.At the same time,it discusses the positive relationship between academic identity positioning and the protection of scientific research publicity.Based on this,this paper has always taken publicity as the core and two sociological theories as the basis,respectively from the government,the market and the academic community of universities three aspects of university teachers science research lack of public correction strategy.
