In the report of the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping listed the revitalization of football as one of the important tasks to build a strong country in sports,and repeatedly directed that the level of youth football in China should be improved.Entering the new era,China's youth campus football has a good momentum of development,especially the traditional football schools represented by high school campus football characteristic schools have laid a solid foundation for the long-term and stable development of China's youth campus football.However,in the process of the development of high school football characteristic schools,some contradictions and focal problems have become increasingly prominent.The expansion of youth football population has virtually put forward higher requirements for high school football characteristic schools.This study mainly uses the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,etc.,on the development of jilin province high school campus football characteristic school reality investigation,to resolve the high school campus football characteristic school development not balanced,not fully at the root of the problem,so as to resolve contradictions and conflicts,put forward the optimization strategy of concrete,promote and promote the sustainable development of jilin province high school campus football characteristic school.According to the research:(1)high school campus football characteristic schools in JiLin province have formed a network layout covering the whole province,but the quantity distribution in each region is not balanced.The size of football field is insufficient,and the funding source mainly relies on government and school allocations,while the sponsorship fund of social enterprises is small,and the salary level of football coaches is relatively low.(2)the gender and age structure of teachers in high school football characteristic schools in JiLin province is out of balance.Some football teachers have weak professional foundation and fail to pass the football coach qualification examination.There are relatively few teachers with high education background and few opportunities for teachers to participate in post-service training.(3)the amount of football teaching hours in high school campus football characteristic schools in JiLin province basically meets the requirements.Some schools use football self-compiled textbooks and have diversified teaching methods,but lack the teaching method combining theory with practice and ignore the evaluation method combining process with finality.(4)the high school football competition in JiLin province has not yet formed a system,and some schools take part in fewer games every year.Students tend to have a general attitude towards participating in campus football,and the motivation of participating is to improve physical and mental health.(5)the current difficulties in the development of characteristic high school football schools in JiLin province are mainly caused by the shortage of school football policy supply,the lag in the allocation of school football teachers,the fault in the supply of special funds for football,the serious imbalance in the structure of school supply and demand,and the lack of awareness of local government matching.Based on this,the author puts forward the following Suggestions:(1)create a football environment with social identity,increase the penetration of campus football culture,publicize and promote campus football through various means,increase students' enthusiasm and initiative to participate in campus football,and establish a good environment with social identity,student identity and parent identity based on public opinion guidance.(2)ensure the effective connection of policies and systems,regularly publicize the information of campus football affairs,ensure the transparency of various policies implemented by high school campus football featured schools in jilin province,set up supervision and reporting channels,accept the supervision of society and parents,start the accountability mechanism,and form a system of strict discipline and resolute punishment.(3)to transform the supply role of local governments,local education and sports authorities should define their own positioning,open up collaborative development channels,adhere to the government-oriented,school-dominated and market-oriented collaborative participation supply model,and build development channels featuring multi-participation,collaborative operation and resource sharing.(4)stimulate the problem awareness of the participants,create a good problem awareness environment,get rid of the imbalance and insufficient supply contradiction in the development of high school campus football characteristic schools,form the management mode combining the overall planning of the government and the autonomy of high school campus football characteristic schools,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of campus football.(5)establish a mechanism for the flow of teachers and talents,scientifically and accurately evaluate the professional ability and teaching level of football coaches,strengthen the flexible introduction of football professionals,formulate reward and punishment schemes for football coaches conducive to the development of campus football,and ensure that excellent football coaches stay and teach well.
