The self-confidence of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Whether it can help college students establish and strengthen institutional self-confidence is related to whether the university can cultivate a major mission of qualified socialist builders and reliable successors.Since the introduction of “Three Confidence” in 2012,institutional self-confidence has quickly become a research hotspot at home and abroad.As the leading figures in all walks of life in China,college students' confidence in the system and their support for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics determine the future and direction of China in a certain sense.Studying the institutional self-confidence of contemporary college students is conducive to deepening the theoretical research on institutional self-confidence in the current academic circles.On the other hand,it aims to enhance the timeliness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and to train the new generation of the national renaissance for the motherland.Through the empirical research of questionnaires and interviews,the article focuses on three dimensions: institutional cognition,institutional evaluation and institutional comparison.Judging from the survey data,most of the students have a clearer understanding of the development history and basic content of the system,can correctly analyze the prospects and advantages of the system,and can strengthen our institutional confidence in comparison with other systems.However,there are still very few students who have some problems with institutional confidence.In summary,the main performances are: some students do not have a deep understanding of the theory of institutional self-confidence,lack of confidence in the prospect of the system,and low recognition of institutional advantages.The emergence of these problems is closely related to the subject,object and body of education.The theoretical education of institutional self-confidence is insufficient,the theoretical literacy of college students' own self-confidence is not high,and the infiltration of ideology in the West will affect The establishment of a group system in colleges and universities.Therefore,in order to improve the institutional confidence of the contemporary college student group,we must start from the following four aspects.First of all,we must give full play to the role of the main channel of ideological andpolitical classrooms in colleges and universities,and carry out the system of self-confidence education through the ideological and political courses,innovate the system of education and teaching methods,strengthen the overall team building of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,and create a campus with the theme of institutional self-confidence.surroundings.Secondly,from the perspective of college students,the university should voluntarily promote its own ideological and theoretical level,actively learn the relevant theoretical knowledge of institutional self-confidence,actively participate in social practice,and cultivate independent and rational thinking ability.Third,the society should focus on creating a positive public opinion environment.The first priority is to create a healthy network environment,give play to the active leading role of opinion leaders,and create a harmonious social environment.Finally,all sectors of society should work together to promote the construction of ideological security in colleges and universities,strengthen the core leadership of the party's work on ideology and security,deepen the study of institutional comparative advantages,and improve the supervision and accountability mechanism for the ideology security of colleges and universities.
