| Our country begins from 2009 face graduate of this year's undergraduate course to enlarge recruit full-time major degree graduate student,engineering master is among them a kind of type.As a result of the structural adjustment of postgraduates in the reform of higher engineering education,the professional training of full-time engineering masters has become the focus of talent training.While the scale of talent training is expanding and the types of training are being enriched,the cultivation and improvement of students' practical ability has gradually become a key task,which is an important content of modern education reform and will also provide effective guarantee for the improvement of education quality.For the full-time master of engineering training,practical ability will become an important part of its comprehensive quality training,which has a significant impact on its overall quality.After reviewing the related literature at home and abroad,this study combined with the text analysis,from the third session of the national engineering teaching refers to the committee for "engineering degree gainer have made outstanding contributions",in the 118 winners of the contestant in the material as the research sample,using the software Nvivo11,open coding,axial coding,selective coding,qualitative research,found the key factors influencing the master of engineering practice ability.The research results show that the influencing factors of the practical ability of fulltime engineering masters are mentor guidance,students' learning attitude,course learning,school environment and practice opportunity,among which mentor guidance,course learning and practice opportunity are the key influencing factors.Based on the above research results,this paper analyzes the five aspects affecting the practical ability of fulltime engineering masters one by one,and on this basis,gives Suggestions from the perspective of individual,school and enterprise of engineering masters. |
